This is Sara...she should have been named Root Beer because her eyes remind me of root beer barrels candy.

Every year I make tamales at Christmas time. I didn't make as many this year, only about 5 dozen but at least I got them made. It is a big tradition in this area...and I finally managed to get some made. I did it in steps because my stamina is very short lived ... It's probably my imagination but I think they are the best tasting I have ever made....or could it be that they took the most effort of any that I have ever done....I used clickable thumbprints so I could show you all three pictures.

They are a work of art, Ruthie! And I'll bet they taste as good as they look.

Ruthie...where in Texas exactly do you live? LOL I would love to be knocking on your door for some tamales! YUM!

My daughter is really into decorating. These 3 elf's tiny clothes lines hang over her bathtub. The clothes pins are about 1 1/4 inches. So cute, but who thinks up this stuff!?

That's adorable, Gazania. DD is very imaginative and creative.

Just a little skipper today....

Casey...that would make an awesome Christmas card!
