Well I don't know what Le Creuset is but Congratulations. It's always great to win something! Maybe you can post a picture for those of us that aren't in the know?

Le Creuset is an upmarket brand of enamelled cast iron cooking pots and pans. I have a few pieces (first piece was a frying pan for a wedding gift 25 years ago, still going strong and lives on the stove top as I use it so often) and love them. Congratulations, Azzalea!

Several! I never know what to expect from DH. :-) He loves Christmas and loves shopping. The "Cowboy Santa" surprised me most - I love it even though this is not a very good picture. He will stay out year round.

It's a saddle on your right (Santa's left arm) and a burlap bag of gifts over his other shoulder. He has on jeans, a flannel shirt, and a red/white bandana!

My son knew I had wanted a small electric heater for our bathroom for a long time. He bought it for me yesterday. Considering it took nearly all the money he had it means so much to me. I had not expected him to get me anything so this was a nice surprise. Now I can heat my bathroom up in the morning as I get ready for work without heating the whole house. Merry Christmas to everyone!!!

My biggest surprise this year was that my husband had my diamond engagement ring totally reset into a gorgeous setting with side diamonds.

We'd gone to our jeweler to have a necklace of mine fixed and were looking at settings. I saw one I fell in love with. He had the jeweler tell me that my diamond was loose and he had to fix the prongs so he kept the ring. About a week later I got it back. Just last night I got the new ring, with my diamond. He'd had a CZ put in my ring and thats what I'd been wearing for the past few weeks. He sure was tricky!

I want a heater in my bathroom, too! You're a lucky lady!!! I hate getting out of the shower in a cold bathroom - even in summer!

DH really, really surprised me with a Roomba. I've wanted one so badly but the surprise was that he remembered it since I hadn't mentioned it for a while. I just love it. Since I'm allergic to metals, he can't buy jewelry, so I love kitchen/house stuff.

This is kinda different from the beautiful surprises you all mentioned. But it was unexpected. My next door neighbor brought our family a popcorn popper and popcorn for it yesterday afternoon. It a Whirly.. something, goes on the stove top. It's very cute, and fun to use, we tried it out already LOL. This man moved in next door to us a few months ago, lives alone, in his 60s, his kids are grown and he's divorced. I know almost nothing about him, except he's diabetic (so I cannot return the favor with a plate of homemade cookies). I know about that b/c he ordered cookie dough from DD's fundraiser, then when we delivered the product he turned around and gave it back to US to use, explaining he can't eat them but wanted to help out DD's team anyway! OMG! He just continues his acts of kindness to us, though we still barely seem to know each other. I don't know what to make of this!

He's gone today, or I would have him over for dinner. Meanwhile, I'm wracking my brain trying to think of just the right favor or gift to give back to him. Oh, we've taken his trash can back and held deliveries for him when he's out of town, but I want to think of something special.

I wasn't expecting anything at all from anyone this year. But Alex gave me a picture he drew in art class. It's the eifle (sp) tower with a weird background. He said he was going to do something totally different, more detailed with the moon shining through and all the support beams in detail, but only had five days to do it in so that's why he went with the less complicated one. It's done with ink and a quill. He still got a 100 points on it from his teacher. I'm going to have it framed and hang it up somewhere in the house.

Guess I have to add one or 2 more unexpected ones, now that we've opened our gifts to each other. I've raised DD to believe that everyone should get at least one toy on Christmas. She gave me not one, but TWO. A leg lamp (picture 'major award' from the Christmas Story video)--not quite as large as the original, but cute. And she got me a radio-controlled car. Yep, won't the neighbors be hooting when they see the old lady down the street out front playing with her new toy? It's an FJ Cruiser--in Voodoo Blue--exactly what I drive for real. LOVE it!

Not sure what color you'd call the LC--it's sort of shaded, from a bright orange to a dark red at the base/tan inside.

About a month ago, when it started getting cold, we weregetting ready to leave somewhere and, as usual, he used his remote start to unlock and start his car..so i would be warm when we got in. This year, I have really felt the cold, and I mentioned that I wish I had a remote start, too.

That was my unexpected gift this morning....a remote start system for my car! It gets installed this week.

Azzalea - that color sounds like Flame - that's the color I have. There's also a darker red called Ruby. You'll have to reiinforce your shelves if you won 5 of the larger pieces! And as the kids say 'awesome' - how fun to get a toy for Christmas.
