I get up earlier than I should or need to. It is usually before 6 that I wake up. I don't usually get to take a nap, wish I had the time too, so by evening I am so tired and aching that I go to bed usually 7 or 7:30 and can promptly fall asleep, but then I am up several times in the night, sometimes I can fall back asleep and other times I can't for a long time. I get up, take my medications after taking Izzi out, then come downstairs where my kitchen is and have breakfast in front of my laptop. Izzi is fed and the outside cats. Husband never eats breakfast or supper at home, he is off to work.

I wake up at 8 a.m. each morning (unless there is a reason to get up earlier), and go to bed around 1 a.m. Every afternoon, I take a nap, usually less than an hour.

During the week I try to be in bed by 10 since I get up at 6 for work. On weekends I don't deviate much from that schedule but may stay up and sleep in an hour or two later. I have always been a morning person, I start shutting down when it gets dark!

Wake up at 7 in summer, 8 in winter.
Go to sleep just before midnight,

Go to bed around 10 or 10:30, then read for a while. I usually have to get up during the night, and that's okay as it seems to help with my morning stiffness if I move around a bit. When I get up during the night I may sit in the kitchen for about 15 minutes with just the light of the TV (don't want to get too stimulated).

I wish I could sleep later, but seem to always wake up around 6 or 6:30. If I make any kind of move my Sheltie, in his crate in my bedroom, will immediately bark to say it's time to get up and get his breakfast.

Get up about 6:30 in the mornings. Nights vary, main reason is this site. If I don't have the computer I will go to bed between 8 and 9. If I get on the computer will wait until around 10. Feel better in the mornings when I go before 9.

Usually awake around 5:30 and out of bed by 6 or 6:30.

I go to bed any where from 11 to 1 am.

I usually fix breakfast for who ever is still home at 6:30.

I have been known to cash out for about 30 minutes after lunch if I am home for the day.... yawn.... those are the nights I stay up later..

On weekdays 11 or 12 and get up a little after 6. Sometimes I'll nap for an hour after taking the kids to school. On weekends 1-2 and get up whenever-usually around 10-10:30.

I usually go to bed between 9 and 10. Since I do early morning dialysis I'm up at 4:10 and out the door by 4:30AM. 3 days a week.

I am an early riser. I can't sleep past 4. I don't have to be to work until 9:15, so that pretty much sucks. Wish I could get better hours, but my boss just told me they need me to work later. So, I'll be at work until 6:30.

I usually fall asleep between 9 and 10 pm

Alarm goes off at 6:15....however when it's cold and dark out...I don't wanna move until 6:45-7:00. Lol
I make hubbies lunch the night before (which is a breakfast sandwich, fruit bowl and snacks), set coffee pot too.
I make the boys lunches quickly in the morning..they leave at 7:12 to get the bus.

Bed time is any where from 10-11...sometimes earlier on a busy week.

I keep seeing times like 4, 5, 6 7. Do those come twice a day?? LOL!

I'm a night owl. I like to go to bed about 10 or 11 and read until 12 or 1. I have the clock set for 9:30 am only because I have to give one of the dogs an insulin shot at that time. I'm up a bit earlier today because my DGD is coming over in a few minutes.

Go to bed about midnight and am awake about 6 am. In summer I am apt to get up much earlier, like with the birds and the sun. I try to stay in bed till at least 7, but often that doesn't work. I get fidgety. I was never able to stay abed unless I was very tired...or for that other thing that happens in bed. I do not nap during the day, but admit to nodding off now and then for a few minutes while watching tv in the evenings.

You don't want to know. Never in bed before 3 AM and get up at 10:30. Totally a night person. Even walk the dogs at Midnight on very hot summer days.

Bed around 10:30, read for???? and usually awake around 8am earlier in the summer. Then may go to the local cafe for tea with friends, then home --no naps unless I am really sick. Still going thru lots of stuff from DH and love working on my hobbies.

8:55 on days I go to water aerobics.

Otherwise it's when my body decides to wake up and get going. Usually 9:30.

Bed: 10:30pm

For me I am up by 4:30-5:00. Never nap during the day.
We are in bed by 7:00 as hubby goes to sleep before 7:30.

I watch tv till about 10:00. I can't remember when was the last time I got 4-5 hrs straight. If I get 3 hrs of sleep I am happy. The 3 hrs is not 3 hrs straight.

I wish I were an early riser, but we generally go to bed around 11. Up at 7:30 or so, unless I work which the puts me at 5:45.

I'm up at either 6 or 6:30 depending on whether i"m going to the gym or for a run. In bed between 10 and 11 and usually read for a bit.

I usually go to bed around 11:30pm and fall instantly to sleep. However, 3-4 hours later, I am awake and only sleep fitfully til finally getting up around 6:30am.

This time of year I'm usually in bed around 8 p.m. but listen to the radio. During summer I don't go to bed until around 10 p.m. I always get up around 7 a.m. year 'round.

I turn everything off about 1, be it tv, book or IPad. Go to sleep about 2. Up between 8 and 9. When DH is home on weekends I could probably sleep until noon because he can take care of the dogs! I do wake up at 5 and then 7 when he gets up and then leaves.

You know the old saying "I may rise, but I refuse to shine!" I wake up around 6 and then usually go back to sleep until around 7:30. It depends on how sleepy I am when I go to bed....sometimes by 9, sometimes by midnight. No set time. Just when I can't hold my eyes open any longer.

In the summer when it starts getting light about 4:30 the little dog wakes me up to go out and eat, then I can sometimes go back to bed. He will sleep til 8 when it's dark in the winter. Also, depends when I have to work but I'll usually get up about 6ish and go to bed at 10ish. I don't usually nap, but sometimes I will take an hour snooze in the afternoon.

In bed by 10, up around 4;30/5;00 I love being an early riser, I have the most energy in the morning, so I get alot done when hubs is still sleeping.Then at work by 9;30 .

WOW,i'm a real night owl,i hardly ever go to bed before 2AM and sometimes 3.I get up between 9 and 9:30 AM unless I or dh have a dr apt,then I set my alarm to get up earlier.

We're retired,and dh is in bed by 7:30 and up before 5 A.M.

For most of my working life I worked 2nd shift so I'm used to it.

I also cross stitch almost every night and find myself saying "I'll just finish this row first",then next thing I know I've done several more rows.

Most of the time I wake up before my 5:30 AM alarm goes off. Up, turn on the TV, and the computer, get dressed, read email and the paper online while eating breakfast. Then, peek in here at the KT, and on facebook, and get ready to go to work. If I ride my bike I leave the house 15 minutes earlier than if I drive. I work till 1:30 PM officially, but most times don't get out till after 2:00

I return to my bed after the 10:00 PM news and start the whole fun scenario again. :)
