Easy Sticky Buns

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 30 minutes

Makes: 12

INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup Unsalted butter, at room temperature

1/3 cup Brown sugar

1/2 cup Chopped pecans

1 pkg Puff pastry, defrosted

Filling

2 tbsp Butter, melted and cooled

2/3 cup Brown sugar

1 tbsp Cinnamon

1 cup Raisins, cranberries, cherries

DIRECTIONS

Preheat to 400�F oven. Lightly spray 12-cup muffin tin.

In a medium bowl, beat butter and sugar until smooth. Add 1 tbsp per cup. Divide pecans between cups.

Unroll both pieces of pastry. Brush with melted butter. Leaving 1 inch border, sprinkle brown sugar, then cinnamon, then raisins.

Roll up, seam down

Cut each into 6 pieces using a piece of dental floss.

Bake for 30 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes** then invert immediately.

RECIPE NOTES

Make smaller buns by cutting each roll into 12 pieces instead of 6. Same size around as original but half as thick.

Alternately, make smaller buns by cutting each piece of pastry in half to make two rectangular strips. Continue as directed, cutting each into 6 pieces. Smaller around but same thickness as original.
