Camera uploading problem

I use a usb cable, turn on camera, light blinks and a window opens up, I click on Picasa for my pictures to be sent to., then I tinker with them. NOW, when I turn on camera, the light blinks, but NOTHING is happening, I've checked all the cables, charged the battery, still nothing. any ideas on this???

I don't use picassa, but had similar issues lately. I now open the folder in my camera and drag the pictures over to the folder on my puter where I want them.

For right now, that works.

Start...All Programs...Accessories...Camera and Scanner Wizard. This will take you where that little box used to come up and you can go from there...don't know why it doesn't open automatically for you, though.

Easy way is to get a photo share site. photo bucket is free, easy and used a lot. http://photobucket.com/ After you upload your photos to a share site it will give you a tag under them to copy and paste. You can also edit the pictures. diffrent chats take and use diffrent tags. I think photo bucket there are four tags under your picture. This one uses the HTML tag. so copy and paste that one. Tadaaaaaaa!

If his cellphone has a removeable memory card, just take it out of the phone (be sure the phone is turned off first, as it can be adversely affected if any of the phone's applications are accessing anything from the card when you remove it while it's on). Put the memory card into a card reader, which should connect to the computer via a USB cable. The memory card will be shown as another drive when you look at "My Computer." You can transfer files onto it the same way you'd transfer files from one folder to another on the C: drive.

You need to change the setting from multi-shot to single picture, but I am not familiar with that camera so I cannot explain it.

I had that problem on a couple of GW-uploaded pics. I temporarily disabled AdBlocker and could see them. I have it enabled now and not having any problems. If ads are the price to pay to see pics then I'd rather not see pics.

I was having terrible troubles with my digital camera. One of my boys said that it was time to get a new camera. Well, I put some cheapy batteries in it and POOF it works great again. Rechargeable batteries are only good for about 100 charges. Went out and bought new rechargeables!
No new camera for me!
Savings = big bucks!
DS said he wouldn't have thought to check the batteries!

I use the card reader that came with my Konica Minolta years ago....works great.

That worked, I used the accessories, wizard, etc. Don't know why it won't work normally. thanks!!!
