When you take off your clothes ....

... and throw them in the laundry basket, do you have the socks unwadded, the sleeves pulled out straight, the t-shirts/tops right side out, pant legs unclogged, etc -

OR-

do you have to do all this "unwadding" in preparation to actually doing the laundry?

I watched my 3 little grandkids the past 3 days & decided to do up all the kids mountain of laundry. As I was sorting out the loads, I noticed that GS (age 7) has ALL his clothes ready to toss in the washer.... NO unwadding. The twin girls (age 5 1/2) on the other hand, had wadded socks, sleeves & pantlegs all wopper-jawed, etc. It really took a great deal of time to get their cloths ~ready~ to wash.

Theirs is of course a busy household. I suggested to my DS that he might consider teaching the girls how to take off their clothes the "right" way. He said it must be a gender thing.... their mom is the same way. (And, he's been down that road. LOL)
