Word 2007...Windows '07 HP computer....I'm asking this question here instead of the computer help forum because I think some here work more with this program. I want to print a calendar for 2013. I bring up the calendar wizard and pick the calendar I want...it won't print the right hand side of the calendar. I have a friend who has Word 2007 and we went through the steps on her computer and it printed just fine. I just can't figure this out...any help would be appreciated. I tried setting it so the paper size was larger...it did print then, but the calendar was off center. HELP!!!

Try printing in landscape mode (instead of portrait).

While in the printer set-up also look for something that says Fit to Page or Scale to Paper Size. And while you're poking around, look for a center on page option.

I uninstalled Foxit Reader and reinstalled it according to your directions, and that worked, but do you or does anyone out there know how to make Word 2007 my default instead of Works? The short answer is...nothing should happen to your Word documents when you uninstall Word. They should still be there when you reinstall Word or another word processor capable of reading/writing Word .doc files. Even if you do nothing other than an uninstall of Word, they should still be usable if you open them with Wordpad...though you will have fewer tools with which to modify them than you have with Word.

Two Identical Folders?!!

Actually, I did look at both of them & went thru the properties & they're identical. They each have 2.68 GB of info in the total folder. If one was a shortcut, it would usually only have 1kb. As I stated above, when I deleted one of them, they both went to the Recycle bin. I also had both open to compare them & when I deleted a file, it immediately removed it from both of them! This is weird. I also searched on Microsoft & didn't find anything remotely similar.

Thanks to both of you. The only thing I haven't tried is the center page thing. This is a friend's computer and I'm beginning to think her Word Program is corrupt.

What kind of printer? You sure the right printer is selected? Could be a bad/corrupted printer driver. HP printers are notorious for driver issues.

Have you rebooted? How does it look in Print Preview?

You could also save it to a .PDF and if it looks OK in there, print that file (using something like Premio).

The printer is an HP....it prints everything else well.

The print preview has the line not showing either...

I have helped her print this same calendar in the past with the same printer. She now has a different computer (Windows 7) and a newer Word Program. But...I came home and tried it on my Windows 7 computer and it printed just fine.

At first the print preview showed everything just right and it wouldn't print right...now the print preview shows that line missing.

I'm at a loss here

I also tried "fooling" the printer by selecting a larger page...it printed then but it was off center...I don't find a setting on the printer for centering...
