Prime Ribeye Steak, creamed spinach, Rice Pilaf and baked yam. DH is going to barbecue the steak outdoors...and it is a little cool out there....LOL

Friend and I drove down by the Farmer's Market and has a delicious lunch.

I had veal cutlet, boiled okra, and 7 layer salad.

Very satisfying.

Chicken smothered in onions, rice & gravy, blackeyed peas, and rolls. Lemon cake for dessert.

I've never seen 7-layer salad on a restaurant menu before, Glenda. It's a grand idea, though!

I really have to start just using the dough cycle and rising and baking it by hand.

This is my challah bread which usually turns out beautifully.
Since it has 3 cups flour, would it make just 1 loaf of bread?

We are having meat loaf. Usually baked potatoes but tonight thought I'd make the parmesean potatoes. It's been awhile and they are good with Ranch dressing. I need to go stick my head in the pantry and find a can of veggies to open.

haha, jasdip! Not funny really though since you put all that work into it. Just cut the dark spots off and I bet it tastes great.

Roast home grown chicken, garlic mashed taters and gravy. Other sides will be something green and I tossed a sweet tater in a small pan for me.

patti, this cafeteria always has 7 layer salad, and I always get it.

They put it in a deep big long pan. So good!

Hey Jasdip,I would eat that! In fact it would go well with my dinner/supper tonight.We had grilled london broil leftover from last night so I made stew and have a pan of cornbread in the oven.Smells so good.It's getting colder so I thought it was a good night for stew.Had to send DD to dollar tree for some more bowls.We only have 2 big enough for stew.LOL

Hahha, Even a funny-shaped loaf gets eaten around here.
Gotta love hubby. It comes out of the machine, looking all funny. He just shrugs, and says that it'll still taste good.
We've never not eaten any. LOL
