I was totally creeped out by a number of the "talents", especially the old men in diapers. Wha? Ewww. Poor Howie, I felt his discomfort and wanted it to be over. Loved the guy and piano. Amazing vocals. They called him a diamond in the rough but I thought he was good just the way he is. Something a rough diamond is far more interesting than a clean and polished one. Piers, baffles me. Absolutely baffles me as to what he likes and what he doesn't. Such an odd bird he is. Jodi-

I caught that while channel surfing....she was very good, I also caught that man & woman magic act where she started in a box while he held the drapes, then he went behind the frapes and almost instantly, the drapes dropped and she was standing there & he was in the box. I'm not a big fan of 'magic' acts, but this was was something. Dottie

I don't watch AGT anymore until it gets down towards the end, after they've weeded out many contestants. And, although I'll admit I haven't given it much of a chance, I have not gotten into Married this time around. However, I can't wait for the Little Couple!

Graywings, thank you for the heads up about the show. I finally got a chance to watch it last night and you were right, it was really good. So good in fact that it caught my husbands attention and he never watches these types of shows. All of a sudden he was sitting down watching it with me. When it was done, he asked me to record the program so he can see if his favorite act wins. Oven Mits was hilarious, 13 year old gave us good bumps as well, DH was stunned, the 6 year old was just too cute for words and the japanese guy's act was captivating, couldn't take my eyes off the tv. I didn't watch the scissors thing, can't stomach that kind of stuff but I even found the last act where the guy jumped into the pool to be funny only because of the reactions from the judges and audiance. It was really fun to watch.
