'Brandwashing' a new book

There's a new tell-all book out, telling us what companies do to get us to buy their products.

The one that stuck out, is Lip Balm. There's an ingredient in it, "salicylic acid" which is used to eat away at dry skin, corns and warts. By putting a small amount in lip balms, it eats away at our lips, making them rough, thereby forcing us to buy more balm.
