Jerseylicious! Not my normal thing at all, but I still like it!

I have been watching the Real housewives of..... on Bravo, but find myself not as interested as the women on all of the cities are in too many fights, back stabbing, and just plain jr high actions. I too like the Judge shows. That is so interesting that you were on the Judge Alex's show. Actually I've learned quite a bit about the law from these shows, about leases, dog fights and most of all.....Don't 'lend' money to a man!! LOL. I like Judge Judy and judge Joe's no nonsense approach about child support, claiming to be on disability and how a man should act.

I like to watch "Clean House" where they find these ridiculously gross cluttered and dirty hoarders' houses, clean them up in an hour, then redecorate and surprise the family. I'm a bit of a hoarder myself, but nowhere near as bad as these people, so I feel "superior" with my own messes. Yes, it's my guilty pleasure.

I don't watch tv. We watch Netflix only

I will watch "Bridezillas" just to be flabbergasted at the behavior! One of my "favorite" episodes showed the brother of the bride getting in to a fight, and declaring he would "violate probation" to make sure someone stayed away from the wedding!

Dance Moms....I went to school with one of the Moms and her sister is my hairdresser.

I watch the Duggars and Little Couple. No one In our community (55 plus) admits to liking any reality shows, but I like these two shows.

The Bachelor/Bachelorette and some other reality dating shows (Dating in the Dark, Dating in the Wild, Millionaire Matchmaker ect.).

I started watching Judge Wapner many years ago on the People's court and now watch Judge Judy. I thought Judge Wapner was a better teacher as to points of law, and I learned a lot from him especially about winning a case by preponderance of evidence (don't know why I remember that). But I like the way Judge Judy doesn't tolerate fools. I don't know if that is a guilty pleasure because the shows are very informative.

I love the Real Housewives, too. Especially Beverly Hills, New York, and New Jersey. I don't really watch Atlanta or Orange County.

None, I don't watched it at all, but kept the basic service for reg network channels until I found out I could get the same stations + 2 with a $10. digital antenna from Walmart. I cut my monthly cable bill over $100.

I forgot to add, I have over 400 movies and series that give me something to watch. I don't regret giving it up at all.

Desperate Housewives. Bunch of silly, self absorbed twits that I wouldn't be able to stand to be around for 5 minutes in real life. But the show has sucked me in and I never miss it.

I admit to having my tv tuned to MSNBC several hours a day. I don't actually sit and watch it and I sometimes consider it more torture than pleasure, but I listen with half one ear while doing other things just the same.

The surrogate Mom miscarried the baby that she was carrying for them. I felt so sorry for them they have worked so hard to have a child, but they said they were going to try again with the same surrogate Mom.

I'm with Wildchild, I watch those "Dirty Housewives" as my hubby calls them....AND sad to see this will be the last season.....
I also watch Survivor, another silly show, but there I sit, every week, glued to the TV.....

Thanks Kittywhiskers. I sort of lost track of them last season, I forget that their seasons don't coincide with the big networks, and didn't really know what they had decided about surrogacy or her own pregnancy. I just happened on it last nite and was happy to catch up on them. I was disappointed that I didn't make it much past the beginning.

Salgal, I watched a few episodes of Dance Moms. Is that dance coach for real and how do the mom's put up with her nastiness? I think I would have yanked my kid out of there on day one.

I love, love, love the old BBC comedy and/or detective series...Keeping Up Appearances, Last of the Summer Wine (a favorite favorite!), Are You Being Served?, Good Neighbours, Hetty Wainthropp Investigages, Rosemary and Thyme, Hamish MacBeth, To the Manor Born, Waiting for God, One Foot in the Grave, etc.

I have most of them on DVDs which I've watched many times.

To each their own, but I cannot bring myself to watch the programs where everyone is hateful and backstabbing to one another.

I love detective movies, progams, and books. I love silly British comedy, and the Andy Griffith Show, and the Criminal Minds-type programs.

Matti5, I have not talked to the Mom, but her sister says there is soooo much drama created for TV. She says they are made to do take after take, making them say the same things over and over to get the right expression.
Also the "pyramid" of how the girls are rated is the producers doing, not the dsance instructor.
My impression is the dance teacher is actually very good with the children...If not, I do not know why you would put your kids through it.

Sister Wives, Project Runway, Chopped are some I consider guilty pleasures which I watch by myself

Sister wives, I seem to look forward to it evrey week.

It's not a pleasure, but I have watched a bit of that show where the children are in beauty pageants. I watched in horrified fascination. It seems "sick."

I am really hooked on Australian tv programs! It started with "McLeod's Daugters" and just went from there. I have all 8 seasons of McLeod's on dvd and now am watching "new to me"programs on youtube! Just finished watching all 12 seasons of "All Saints"! I've just started watching one
called "Rush" and "Casualty". "Casualty" is a BBC program
that has been on since the 80's.

Project Runway reruns.

I don't have cable, so my only real "guilty pleasure" show is The Bachelor/Bachelorette. I like it even though it's ridiculous. I don't really watch any other reality shows, except once in a great while I'll catch the Biggest Loser.

My other MUST WATCH show is Parenthood. I love it and think it's a great show, so I don't really think of it as a guilty pleasure.

Sometimes I'll just watch whatever is on if I have the tv on, but those are the only two shows I try and make sure I'm home for.

Don't watch TV much, but like Antique Roadshow, do not like any of the reality shows, some of the news specials, like dateline etc.

I think I have seen every episode of Cops that was ever filmed. I like police reality shows and now all the Border Wars program is a favorite. Tere are all kinds of police shows like Vice Cops, FBI shows, Narcotic and Swat shows even Alaska State troopers. The one filmed in Australia regarding the customs checks at the Border (as in coming into Australia on a flight) is very interesting and mostly because of the items that people bring with them on a flight....Seems the Asian people are the worse for bringing in all kinds of weird food stuff.

I guess my only guilty pleasure was watching Desperate Housewives for maybe three seasons from its beginning. I got out of the habit, however, a few years back, and haven't watched it since. I don't even know if it's still on.

Mine would be Survivor,that's the only reality show i like.My favorite shows are the ones based on things that happened to someone in real life.Like on the ID channel all those detective shows,the missing persons show,cold case and things of that nature.

I love those planet earth shows,the true weather shows,about tornados,hurricanes,earthquakes and such.

Can't stand shows like Greys Anatomy,which my sister loves and wouldn't miss for anything.They are too phony for my taste.I've spent a lot of time in hospitals and have never seen or heard of any of the shenagins they show on that show.

Give me real true crime and detective shows!!

My guilty pleasure is House Hunters and all those real estate shows on HGTV. Love 'em!

I don't have cable either so don't know all those shows talked about above but my "guilty please" is reruns of the animated show King of the Hill with Hank and his family and friends. Makes me laugh. Last nights show Peggy the wife met a new friend in a shoe store and they got along really well. New friend Caroline was a drag queen who thought Peggy was one as well and was trying to get tips off her because she thought Peggy was the best drag queen she ever saw LOL

Caroline, you and I not only agree on toilet paper, wastebaskets and critters but also agree on Britcoms! I have to add Fawlty Towers to the mix. Having been in retail as much as I have, I really appreciate a lot of the subtle humor in Fawlty Towers and Are You Being Served.

I enjoy some of the judge shows, People's Court, Alex and I can't remember his name but the black guy in glasses who was a criminal turned lawyer, (and I'll let you fill in the joke). As for Judy, she's too self-absorbed and canned. Her same weak catch phrases repeated over and over. Doesn't realize there's a thing called "timing". Can't handle watching her show. Seems like all it is on there is cell phones and bad checks.

A lot of shows, I don't even watch until they hit syndication. Any of course from Cable/satellite since I have neither anymore, but even with a lot of other shows. I didn't watch Everybody Loves Raymond until syndied.

I miss "24" I got hooked on that show. Need to look it up and watch it from the beginning.

I really enjoyed Deadliest Catch but they took it off the air here. I watched Phil Harris' death and that online and I suppose I'll catch up on them online.

Patti43, Judge Alex dismissed the case without predjudice because we had a contract that gave him two years to pay but he agreed to monthly payments that he never paid which, I hoped, nullified the two year agreement. If he had humbled himself enough to admit he didn't pay me and hadn't argued the 2 year contract he would have lost and the show would have paid me the entire amount plus our fee to be on the show. Instead, he had to pay the whole thing himself (and he did! I was shocked when, two days before the due date a check arrived in the mail!).

A lot of you like Bravo, one of my good friends from high school is Andy Cohen, we graduated together. I still have my old notebooks where we drew ballerinas and fashion designs and passed them back and forth during 8th grade history.

Storage Wars and Pawn Stars. Yupppppppppppp!

With a second wedding in the family coming next year, I have enjoyed Say Yes to the Dress, and have always been glad that neither bride #1 nor this next bride have ever been anything like most of those gals.

I am embarrassed to say I watch a lot of the shows mentioned. Not on a regular basis but when surfing because nothing is on, I will watch them. I do like the courtroom shows, particularly Judge Judy. Don't like Judge joe especially when he starts pontificating. Can't stand Bridezillas anymore because I think it's like watching fake wrestling. Say Yes to the Dress is entertaining. Years ago I wouldn't miss The Newlywed Game. DH couldn't understand how I could watch such trash but I was absolutely fascinated with these couples and how they would reduce themselves to an all time low for a crummy dining room set! I remember one time Bob Eubanks asked the wives "What's your husbands favorite condiment" and one of the wives responded Trojans. LOL.

Real housewives of....that covers it! excluding real housewives of Atlanta, Miami, and Orange County..never started watching them, but the others? Those are my guilty pleasure.

To me the so called reality shows are about as far from real as it gets. I watch none of them...except Toddlers and Tieras. It will drag me in. I just can't fathom Moms (and Dads) doing some of the stuff that they put their kids through. I stare in disbelief.

Other than that, I will admit to watching old "Hee Haw" shows on RFD TV, and all the Bluegrass programing on RFD. I seek out nature programing for most of my TV watching.

I have watched some of the shows mentioned. I like reality shows. I know that a lot of it is fake or edited to create drama etc, but I think it's so interesting to see how other people live their lives. I don't have to agree or understand it, but I'm fasicnated with it.

I love House Hunters, but I'm not embarassed about that. I know lots of people who like to "look" through the different houses. I learn a little bit from the House Flipping shows or Mike Holmes construction type shows.

Primetime television is so filled with trash, sex and violence so I don't want my DD's to see that (they are 3 & 6) My family likes watching some of the Food Network shows. My DD's love Unwrapped where they show you how certain foods are made (usually fun ones like ice cream or snack foods). My DH likes the history part of it and the kids just like the candy! Kid in a Candy Store or Cupcake Wars too. We were even watching a game show last night!

But when they are in bed-My guilty pleasures would be...Sister Wives, Hoarders, My Strange Obssession, and throw in Days of our Lives once in a while! When I was single I would spend my Sundays doing laundry and watching cheesy Lifetime movies! Used to LOVE them! There is also another one-a Canadian show for Teens called Degrassi. I watched it when I was a kid and it's still on (new characters). Even though I am old enough to be their parents now I still like the new shows!
