DO NOT SHOP HERE. Worst experience I have ever had with a nursery (and I have dealt with many of them). I ordered two bare root trees.. Several weeks later, one tree showed up completely leafed out with the leaves all dead. I placed it in water 30 min after it was on my porch and 5 hours later the leaves were all still obviously done. The second tree had a huge major crack in the main root. I sent the same attached pics to TyTy asking for a refund, and got a generic reply that because of covid 19 they where not responding to emails. I called two times and was put on hold for 20 min each time and never reached a live person. When I finally did talk to someone I was told they would need to discuss this with a manager. Later that day I was told that the crack in the root would likely eventually heal if planted, and the tree with the dead leaves had been potted before it was shipped, and it likely still alive and would shoot some new leaves if planted. That tree was not potted and it was dried out. I did not order struggling / damaged plants that were already going to go through transplant shock and might have a chance to survive. This is tree planting 101 and I have been treated horribly. I still have not received a refund, or offer or credit or replacement trees.

I am in Chesapeake - near the coast in southeastern VA. Brutal winter this year. A good 8" of snow last week and temps in the 20's and below. I have two well-established pomegranate 'trees' in my front landscape. Both have fruited for the past few years - and I've seen others in the area that also seem to do very well. I'm just praying that this cold weather doesn't get to them. My varieties are 'Wonderful' and I believe that the second and more successful of the two is either 'Grenada' (but might possibly be Angel Red or Red Silk) It appears to have been mislabeled, which is a shame, because it is thriving and produces great fruit. This fall I received some new plants, which I will plant in the ground in Spring. Varieties are: Afganski / Salalvatski / Kai-Acik-Anor / Nikitski-Ranni / Golden Globe / Agat / Bala Miursal / Hotuni Zigar / Phoenicia / and Purple Heart Growing Pomegranates is a bit of a hobby for me. I love to eat them fresh! There are so many 'new' varieties available, to us, now . . . it's hard to resist trying to grown some of them! Does anyone else have any recommendations - successful varieties and where to find them?

I thought you might like to see the end result. While the bathroom is finished, I'm still working on styling it. This first picture is the entrance from the master bedroom. I have tried to take pictures from the same angles as the originals. This view above is from the vanity looking back to the bedroom door on the right and the closet door in the back. I may put a free standing make up table to the right of the closet door. I am in the process of hunting for a simple one that has a top that opens to a mirror and everything can be tucked inside the vanity except for a few pretty items. The switch to the right of the closet door has a timer for the exhaust fan and a switch for the heater in the ceiling. There is outlet further to the right which is also controlled on the same switch box. I did this so I can control a lighted make up mirror and/or lamp from a flip of the switch. Here is the new Toto toilet. The space is 48" wide. It is located to the right of the shower. My carpenter did a great job with the wainscoting and the crown molding. Yep, I need art or something over the toilet. We intentionally do not have a separate water closet. You can not see the toilet as you enter the bedroom. This illustrates the view from the closet looking back to the vanity. Master vanity/I used 12 x 24 porcelain tile in the shower that is the same on the floor. The niche has matching tile, but I used a large piece of tile to have no grout lines in the back of the niche and in the box parts of the niche. I was really lucky to find the grab bars that don't look institutional. I did not carry the crown molding into the shower. With ten-foot ceilings, I am afraid it would be too hard for me to keep clean. The shower is about 40" wide. The shower water is simple. I can have the shower head or the handheld shower spray on or both can run at the same time. This view shows the shower side from the entrance of the bath room. In the ceiling you can get a peek of an exhaust fan that also contains a heater. Since I live in the south, I selected a heater at the shower entrance to throw off any chill instead of heating the floors. The wall color is white with a touch of gray with the trim color is BM Simply White. My husband and I are enjoying our new bathroom. I just need to find the finishing touches to complete it. I appreciate receiving your input and your listening to my questions and concerns as I embark on this adventure. It helps to have others give opinions and thoughts because it is too hard to think of everything.

Same happened to me with an Echeveria 'Chroma' and a Pachyphytum of some sort, but it was about three weeks after I bought them. I'm growing both from leaf cuttings. (I always take leaves right away.) I'm wondering if these plants want less water. That's my only guess. If the Chromas get big, I'll split them up and experiment.
