So NOW we have Duffy,

for all my great girls here - we all remember when I got McDuff at 6 weeks of age. we all remember choosing names for him. that was 7 years ago!

we all remember when he got his leg amputated, and then remember when the cancer came back to his front leg?.

We certainly all remember the day we put him to sleep. Cause I'll always remember each and every one of you trying to help us get through the grief. I thought I ws blessed to have you guys.

But now we have this Duffy character (hubby wanted to keep McDuff's name going, so that's why we named him Duffy). We got him a 6 weeks old and now he's morphed into an 100 lb. 8 month old.

Remember Daisy? She's holding her own. She'll be 7 next month. And putting up with this big, huge dopey guy. She's incredible. She's still the top dog.

This Duffy guy, is the cutest thing I've ever seen. really. He's this happy, happy loveable guy. nothing bothers him. We could light firecracker under his ass, and it wouldn't even bother him. He's a big, gentle giant. think he gets this trait from Daisy.

Sooo, the point of this post is to tell you that Duffy will be a therapy dog, can't wait to bring him to the nursing homes, children's cancr hospitals, etc. He's going to be perfect. We have one month to go to finish training.

So he'll be 9 months old, and probably 120 lbs. when we we walk into one of the children's wards. The smile on their faces is what this all is worthwhile.
