Hang in there - the Pachy leaves are truly beautiful as they grow. I just kept my seedlings inside my sunroom this summer since nights are pretty cool in Colorado. Also got some H. fungii seeds started from Sue resulting in about 30 plants around the same time. Now I suspect a little interference from a different parent?? as they have a noticeable carnosa-look with some long vines. Can see the risk in growing from seed that the offspring may not grow true to the parent. But these H. pachyclada look pretty darn identical to H. pachyclada.

Drat! I forgot about it. I had been out taking care of some business, getting groceries, and taking the car to see about getting a scratch taken care of. I came home exhausted; after I ate a bite I went to sleep for about a half hour. Sue

Love Jeff for speaking his mind, and why shouldn't he, right? Love the blog and he was right on. I was sorry to see Jimmy go. He may not have been the strongest physically, but he was the strongest mentally and could have really boosted the team moral. Well, except for the two men who were jealous of him. Would have like to see JJ make it for another few weeks a least, but I think he did some damage by selling himself out the first day and then last night by calling himself the weakest. I'd never admit to that, even if I was. I think his admittance steered Tyron's vote the other way, and perhaps a few others. This Naoknka person is truly as ghetto as they come. She proved that last night. I think she lacks self esteem so she tries to off-guard that with her drama and ignorance. Not sure how she even made the cut. She's pathetic as a human being, IMO. I'm all for the older tribe but they really need to start working together, and frankly, with JJ gone, I think it'll fall apart worse than ever since the other 3 men will be battling over the "control/leadership" position now that JJ is gone.

I pretty much agreed with last night's vote because that guy was getting on my last nerve, hugging and singing badly and always blowing his own horn, I can't stand people like that. I did feel a bit bad for him at tribal, though, because it's hard to hear stuff like that about yourself. Keeping the guy who can barely function didn't make a lot of sense, but camp ought to be a bit easier from now on. Naonka is a hateful piece of carp, IMO. All "in your face" to those other women because they dared to look for the idol? Her rantings made no sense. They should have laughed at her and strolled off. She'd probably have chonked something at Kelly's leg, though. What a terrible role model she is for her students. Next week will be interesting, new teams or a merge?
