Need A Good( SMALL) Vitamin

Vitamins are huge.Since I had lapband I need vitamins,I need to break up or crush all my pills well just the ones I take before each meal is 6 pieces.I need a small but good vitamin any ideas?

what about adult chew-ables?
Centrum Chewables Multivitamin/Multimineral Supplement, Tablets, Orange

there are many now for adults that are chew-able.

I would not bother to put vitamins into your worm bin. It would be a waste of time money and effort. I do put a fair amount into my regular compost though along with a good quantity of beer. But I run it all through my kidneys first.

I don't know. If you don't get help here go to the decorating forum. There are lots of color folks over there. Have you looked at bathroom colors on Houzz? I'm adding some thoughts: Are there windows in the BRs? that might dictate your choices. I have gone with a very neutral color, gray :) so that I don't ever have to paint again! Just kidding. I installed all my wall tile and think that it is so neutral (white) that any color might go with it in the future. I am hoping that the tile stays there forever. It will out last me. I used the best materials to put it up :) Anyway I am thinking that neutral paint color would be good in a small bath, then you can jazz it up with accessories. Or you could go bold with paint and keep other elements understated. My BR is 6.5x9.5. Permanent features are very neutral in color, my accessories will have soft colors. Hmmm.... I had not considered county extension service. I usually count on them for what plants to grow instead. I am leaning hard towards splitting the garden into two watering zones. That will help it work then the spring is running dry, and cut the pump requirement to 1.7GPM at 35psi. Was looking at Seaflot, Jabsco/Flojet, Surflo brands, which are multi-stage diaphragm pumps... the issue is that these are for intermittent duty cycles so I have to deal with heat buildup, and my neighbors would much prefer I find a quiet one.

My sister had lapband two years ago and she uses Gummy Vites for Adults. I even tried them and they aren't bad. She even prefers a similar brand she gets at Target....called Multi Vites Gummy Vitamins for Adults. Yes, you can chew them or even let them melt in your mouth...they are not bad tasting and they are cheap.

Nature Made makes some small GEL Vits that I take and they are much easier to swallow. Plus they have a points system and you can earn dollars off future purchases.

Hubby & I had gastric bypass surgery about 18 months ago & the doctors at the Barix Clinic recommended Flintstone One-A-Day Chewables ... two per day. They seem to be working & we also take vitamin B-12 sublingual (when we can get it), regular Vitamin B-12 pills when we can get the melting ones. Our blood work has never been off except for my husband's iron & he is now taking an iron supplement. Good luck finding something that works for you!

I also nominate the liquid vitamins. If you belong to a wholesale club (Sams, Costco, etc.) you can find a good product for a very good price.

You might also consider looking into an on-line source like Vitamin World or similar. I purchase some items from VW on a regular basis....great prices, lots of choices, and an extremely reasonable shipping rate.
