Hi loriwoo, Have you read any of the other posts? Sorry to be a killjoy but there are loads more things that could happen if you've only had night sweats for 2 months. I've had loads of different symptoms for about 7 years and I'm only? 49. On the other hand you could sail through this with only the night sweats and the odd hot flash. And you don't have to take HRT either cos there are natural remedies.I haven't lost control of my bladder or lost my hair but......oh I can't be bothered to go through all the other stuff again. The one thing that most of us try not to lose is our sense of humour (or temper)and these forums are the best places I've found to make you feel like you're not going mad when everyone else around you seems perfectly normal. One other thing you have to know is that most GPs don't link lots of symptoms with menopause and in GB they don't even use the term perimenopause. I have seen several docs over the years and most of them have looked at me as if I had a third eye when I suggest my tingling in my arm is connected to my hormones! I could go on forever but I won't, I just wanted to let you know what might happen. I hope you can keep a sense of humour and keep reading these forums cos they do help. Take care.

I just got a white pages and a yellow pages, and tossed them directly into the recycle bin. About a week or two later got a "car" phone book, which went into recycling also - *not* into a landfill. Often I'll get another one or two from other publishers. Yellow pages are advertisement. Rates are based on distribution so if they drop unwanted ones, they get paid more. It doesn't cost much more to make more books, it's the initial runs and smaller runs that get more expensive. Plus delivery of this type is not like the mail service, UPS or FedEx. They do NOT go by address. The delivery agent gets a territory to cover and a volume of product to deliver to all the buildings in that area. They can estimate or use city maps to determine number of items needed and they usually give some extra product in case of damage. I tried out their CD rom one time and that was a joke. I look things up on the internet and print my own "phone book" when needed for the vehicle. The 2 or 3 times in my life I've needed a phone book while away from home was solved by stopping at a gas station and borrowing theirs. I also keep the library phone number in my cell so I could call them to look something up for me if I needed it. Or I could always use a "lifeline" and "phone a friend"... if I had any! :) Never saw a need for a phone book in the vehicle except for kindling or bathroom supplies while camping! There's FAR better things to carry in the vehicle IMO.

well last year we got one or 2, I always see this one cute little boy that lives up the street he comes by every year and he came again this year he was dressed up in a black cape and had glow in the dark paint on his face like a skeleton very cute it actually scared me when I opened the door. On a sad note his father passed away suddenly in his sleep a few months ago and the man was only in his 40's. Mom was with him last night and was also in costume. She is always so sweet. This year we had 5 groups so quite a bit more for us, probably 8 in all. One little girl dressed as a princess was oh so cute she wanted to come in and play with my little dog, I had her all dressed up in her princess dress too LOL. We had them till around 9pm they started I think about 7pm which is pretty normal here.

I get NONE, except for lemons on my meyer for my fish dinners and a few Oro grapefruit which I give to my boss for letting me bring to work. lol. Literally, there is not a one that deserves any of my fruit since NO ONE helps me care for them, nor are interested in my trees..I don't even eat citrus. I grow them for fragrance. I am getting a new tree, a Kishu which I can eat and I am hoping I get lots of of that. As for the other 30 or so trees, I pluck every fruit off before they can even grow, except for my lemon meyer which I use on my fish, saying about 4 pounds and my Oro, about 6 lbs..
