Happy 1/2 birthday little man! He FINALLY learned to roll over on Friday, too. We'll work on back to front this month!

Thank you murraysmom. I failed to give credit to the breeder for this amazing pup. The breeder has them professionally temperament tested. Gatsby scored mostly in the 3 range with one 4 and one 6 and was classified as "laid back". Early on, we joked that we would not want to see the hyper ones. Outside, he is agile, fast and very athletic. Inside, he relaxes if we are relaxed. Today, he pretty much mastered "Take a Bow" and we started to work on an agility stand - Going from sit to a a two legged stand. Oh, he caught his first boomerang as well! (Tuffy toy) He continues to improve on his Come command when outside. Inside and on the deck, he is perfect. I want to enhance his bow to tail up - which will come naturally as he associates take a bow to his natural play bow. He seldom woofs- but with the warmer weather, there are a lot more walkers and dogs going by on the sidewalk(we have a corner lot) and we discovered that he can woof if he sees his favorite playmates or something new go by. We thank him for the alert and tell him "enough". When he settles-a big treat for the boy. During his 2 walks on leash, he did not woof at any other dog or critter. He thought about chasing one very close squirrel but I told him to sit and he followed the command. Several dogs woofed at him but he followed my directions to sit and down stay. He never ceases to amaze us!

Yes I have them in full sun and I have been feeding with Tapin root once a month and also I water with my earthworm tea :) and on very hot sunny days, all my Adeniums get misted with the earthworm tea (I've been doing the tea for 2 years now and my plants love it). I wish I could get rid of these spidermites quicker, but I am conquering them :) Those Plumeria cuttings/plants are looking great. I have the 2 Plumerias that I rooted right away (one was the white one...it now has an inflo) and they are growing well. Plus most of the others I let dry for 3 weeks, seems to be all rooting/growing leaves, except for one (it was a cutting from my Hawaiian Plumeria), but I will try again:) The mother of the white one is growing well and is sprouting leaves on all the 7 stems, but not putting out new growth where I took the cutting from. I will be ready to send you a cutting of the white one, but how short is too short for a cutting? The longest of the 7 stems is right at 6", would that be a long enough cutting? I usually cut at around 7" or so, but I can cut it and send it if you think that's good. They have been well away from my greenhouse (where the spidermites are), but maybe once you receive the Plumeria cutting and the small Bromeliads, you might want to keep them away from your plants for a while....just in case!
