I plan to venture out today. I haven't driven my car or gone anywhere by myself in weeks. So I plan to go to WalMart today (30 miles away). Tonight we are going to our last home football game. We have season tickets to the game and sit next to my DS, DIL and the twins. Jammer oldest daughter (UTSA student) sits in front of us. It's always a fun time. I think I will stay home tomorrow, but not real sure. Sunday I hope to go to church.

Today I have some errands to run. Also am going to clean out the fridge. Tomorrow I am putting together a huge pot (canning kettle) of spaghetti sauce and letting it cook all day. Will finish cleaning house on Saturday. Sunday I have 10 people coming for a spaghetti dinner.

Not too much. DH is going to have cataract surgery early monday morning, so this morning I had to start putting two different eye drops in his eye, three times a day. Dottie

Have to run to Walmart to get candy for the urchins out tonight, and then I think I will put up my Christmas lights outside since it should be a nice day. Last year I didn't even have them down from the year before!!

I will have another busy weekend. We have had several in a row.

Right now I *should* be cleaning house (hey, I'm taking a coffee break!). At noon I'm going to the school, copy for teachers then help pack up the bookfair. I'll be there til school's out. Then we'll stop at the grocery on the way home and get something easy for dinner (read: frozen chicken nuggets). Once at home, maybe clean a little more, early dinner, dress the kids for trick or treating, set out the candy and get ready for the chaos. We'll probably be around the cul-de-sac w/neighbors until after 10. Then, clean a little more. ;o)

Tomorrow DD has a gymnastics meet, so we'll start off the day around 8 "doing hair" then to the gym. After she competes, I need to stick around and work a 4-hour volunteer shift at the gym. Meanwhile, DH will take the boys to hockey practice. By the time we're done, my inlaws will probably be here for their one night stay on their migration to Florida for the winter. (Unless DH calls me and says they changed their plans- which happens sometimes, they don't always stop. Or they really throw us and left already and will arrive today...UGH! Tonight and tomorrow would be too much chaos for them.)

Sunday, back to the gym to clean up after the meet, about an hour's work. Then to the library, as 2 kids have research projects and needs resource books. Then we'll be working on that. One will need help, the other will probably be independent. I also need to do assignments for my online class. I also need to go to the grocery and do some laundry or we'll be in trouble getting ready for work/school Monday.

That's why I'm taking my break NOW! I might not get one again for a couple days. ;o)

Work today, craft tonight. Tomorrow attend a class and then do children's games at night. Sunday I really have to clean my house, but I'll find other ways of wasting the day, I'm sure. Oh, and yuk, grocery shopping one day.

I plan on doing nothing today but some self-evaluation. Sometimes its good to take your own inventory and ponder over the good and the bad. Right now I'm feeling guilty as I have made the decision to not give out candy tonight. Tomorrow I have tons of yardwork to do, preparing things for the greenhouse. We had a light frost this morning so don't know what I may have lost in the way of my tropicals. Plants have not been my top priority, and yesterday I didn't care, today I'll beat myself up about it. :)

Today, I'm going to treat myself at the Nail Salon for a Pedi/Mani.

I'm wanting to make some good ole homemade Venison Chili.

Tomorrow, there is a Pug Meetup Group at a Dog Park. I'm hoping Pawle and I can make this one. Some of the Dogs are going in Costume. I don't think Pawle will go for that. LOL!

Sunday we are going to a Friend's Ranch to see his new Colt.

I'm going to have a busy, good weekend....I started off by working in the Meals on Wheels office this morning and then had to stop and get candy for the 3-4 kids we might get tonight...I had gotten candy but someone, won't mention HIS name, had found it....This afternoon, should be cleaning and want to work on a quilt for our Lioness card party...Tomorrow, I'm off to Shippensburg University to see the game and both grand daughters that are in the band..This is sr. recognition day and 1 is a senior...Sunday, our Meals on Wheels is celebrating 10 years and having a big dinner for all the volunteers...Oh I think I'm going to be tired, but happy tired....Enjoy the weekend, everyone!

I'm actually cooking for family, this Sunday. First time since New Years Day! I hope I remember HOW to cook!

My Fridays are pretty much all the same. I go pick up dogfood that is donated to my wildlife at Walmart. My husband is home right now, so we went next door to Texas Road House and ate lunch. Then I dropped him home and he worked moving some of his junk and I went to pick up an injured possum.

I also went to an estate sale. The prices were beyond ridiculous! I've seen some high priced sales, but this one beat all. I did go to a yard sale and bought some 1950's glasses that have turquoise and gold designs on them, and some little things that I use to decorate my chicken house. I have decorated the chicken house and the enclosure for it with all kinds of junk that I have found at sales, or even in the trash. I have a limit of a dollar to spend for anything that I buy for it.

Tomorrow there is a plant sale, but it is about 30 miles away, and I am not sure if I want to go or not. I sure don't need any more plants...especially with winter coming on. So, I may skip it and go to a few yard sales. Not that I need any more junk either....but it is hard to stay home when you know there are sales out there. ;)

Sunday, plans are to stay home for sure and work in the yard.

This is the first weekend in 3 weeks that we don't have a wedding to go to! 3 weddings in 3 weeks!! And 2 that we had to travel out of state for!

This week has been busy with 2 Halloween parties, then Trick or Treat. Next week is DD's 4th b-day, so we have cupcakes for preschool, playgroup and party on the weekend!

Sunday night I am hosting my Book Club, so I need to clean and make a dessert. We read 1,000 White Women-The Journals of May Dodd. It was excellent!

And lastly, my DD, 6 months, decided she'd like to learn to crawl today!! She's been doing that rocking on her knees movement for a few days. She scooted a little tonight, then did a face plant, but I think she's nearly got the hang of it! Lord help us! Naturally she tried to make her way towards big sis bowl of candy! So I guess we put up the gates this weekend!

We went to a concert tonight - Michael Card - and it was great! Tomorrow is a potluck dinner at church followed by a talent show which should be a hoot. Sunday evening our church is hosting a community service to pray for our nation. And then comes Monday and back to preschool. These weekends sure do speed by!

Packing right now. Then going to go to the church and prepare the communion for tomorrow (filling in for my sister), then I'll go to the hospital to see my sister for a while. At 2:30 I'll pick up my daughter who's coming in from California for her girlfriends wedding. Then we'll go to Lincoln and check in at the motel, and get ready for the wedding at 4:30. It'll be close time wise. Then spend the night in Lincoln, and go see DD's other Gramma, who's not doing very well health wise, and lives with her DD now. Then we'll come back and pick up Mom, and go into the hospital for a quick visit with my sister. Then out to my other DD's for dinner. I'll have all 4 daughters together again for a short while.
Then we will come back to Fremont, and DD will spend the night here. Monday, I'll take her to the airport, then take up my vigil at the hospital again.

Today we have to renew our concealed carry permits so we're going to the instructor's place, filling out forms and then to his shooting range to re-qualify. Then to the crusher and recycle place, stop at vet to pick up pills for Paisley, then to Wal-Mart for a few things and then home. Should be a fun day. lol Errands, blech.

Today I have to go to a coworker's house to help her with her costume. I'm going to pin it, and bring it back home to sew. I hate doing that stuff, and I'm no good at garment sewing, but she always wants me to do this kind of thing for her.
Then I will be going to the grocery store as we're out of everything. Other than that...I'll just hang out. I MIGHT do a bit of yard work.

I started my weight watchers after letting myself go last night. A little house cleaning and getting out for a walk in the sun. Then, back to quilting.

Walked with my friend yesterday morning and then dropped several bags of stuff by the thrift store as donations. Took several dozen homemade chocolate chip cookies by the church where the Humane Society was having a fund-raising BBQ. Went back with Twinkie later and picked up two plates for our lunch/dinner.

Walked this morning and went to a couple of sales. Think a nap is in order for awhile this afternoon! LOL

I lounged quite a bit this morning and was watching some of my normal Saturday Morning TV that was boring this morning, or should I say yesterday (Saturday) morning. Somehow about 11 or so I got some unusual ambition. The power company had been by to trim the trees near the power lines. I have a huge brush pile in my front yard. I thought this is a good time to do some more trimming and let them haul it instead of me having to haul it. So I finished trimming the trees right, that they just kind of hacked, took down some bushes that were overgrown, trimmed a couple trees in the back yard too. I was going non-stop for over four hours! In my younger days, that wouldn't have been such a big deal. These days, it IS a big deal! I was real proud of myself. Tomorrow, or today rather, is supposed to be nice too so when I knocked off I thought I might do a little more today. My shoulders and hips really feel it but boy I feel like I accomplished something. Good feeling. I won't get as much done as I would like to, but I'm pragmatic. This is a lot just as it is. Anything more is "gravy". A lot more is dessert! LOL And I do need to mow the leaves one of these days but didn't make sense to do it yesterday since the brush pile took up a big area. OK, that's an excuse. But I have plenty of time for that. Schedule it right and get it done. I was SO tired earlier but can't get to sleep. And maybe I'll reward myself by going out for breakfast or brunch if I get some things done or maybe I'll do it before I go to work. But then, would I be feeling like working??? Ah, decisions, decisions. Then I have to set clocks sometime. As Roseanne Rosanadanna says It's always something!

I laid around most of yesterday, have a respiratory infection that's lingering on and on. I have to go grocery shopping today, though. We're out of everything and I can't put it off anymore.
