Stuffed Radishes

ý cup goat cheese

1 tbs each, minced fresh dill, basil and flat leafed parsley

2 tsp lemon zest

2 bunches radishes, slice in half lengthwise

Fleur de sel

In a bowl, combine goat cheese, herbs, lemon zest, until well blended. Put into a piping bag, with a small tip. Arrange the radishes on a platter, cut side up. Pipe the filling over each one. Sprinkle with fleur de sel.
