Thanks, gingerblue! lol, googling the name I see somebody sells the stuff. I know I won't be doing that, but maybe I will let a few pods mature so the monarchs next year will have something to eat. I do fight a lot of vines around the house, not sure they are all this one kind but if they were I guess I could have it worse... this stuff smells so good! The problem with pork today is that they have manufactured the pig to be too lean. The modern assembly line birth to processing without ever seeing grass or dirt pig filled with chemicals to make it grow faster animal just does not taste good. I buy my meats at a butcher and he saves out the cuts for me with good marbling and fat content. This is where the flavor is and since fat is not tied together with fibers it makes the meat tender. The insistence on a lean fat-less chunk of meat is like buying a piece of cardboard and throwing $15.00 away. Here is a link that might be useful: traveling and cooking with grandpa

Hopefully the electrician installed adjustable outlet boxes. Makes easy work for all involved and very inexpensive. If not, link shows an adjustable box, which can be retrofitted B4 tiling. The boxes come in 1,2,3 & I believe 4 gang for your options. Shown is a 2 gang box. We had the left over ham/broccoli hot dish for lunch. Even better the next day. SPICED APPLE RINGS 6 large apples (I use Braeburns) Peel, core and slice into rings, putting the rings immediately into cold water with lemon juice. In a large pot: 3 cups water, 1 cup sugar,1 cup cinnamon candies, like Red Hots. 1/3 cup white vinegar 2 - 3 TBSP of whole cloves. Bring syrup to a boil. Turn down heat and simmer for about 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Drain apple rings and add to syrup. Let come back to simmer and cook until almost tender, gently stirring occasionally. Let cool in syrup. Just a note, the apple rings 'get as red as the bought ones. I think I'll try adding red food coloring next time I make them.
