Ummm.... Pork Loin looking (and smelling) really good!

I've got a whole pork loin in the electric roaster, cooking for supper and it sure does look and smell great! I'm making the 'recipe' up as I go along. First I sprayed the roaster inside with cooking spray. Then I put in the pork loin, fatty side down. Then I drizzled the whole thing with extra virgin olive oil (shades of Rachel Ray). Then I sliced two good sized onions (very thin) and spread them on either side of the pork loin. Then I spread the whole top of the loin with garlic (the kind you buy all diced up and in a jar). Then sprinkled on coarse ground black pepper. I'm letting it brown at a high temp (and hopefully kind of carmelize the onions). I'll brown the meat on top and bottom (and maybe sides) then will add worchestershire sauce and pot roast type veggies (potatoes, carrots, rutabega, celery) and let cook til done. Not sure whether I'll put any other seasoning in yet or not. Maybe just a little seasoned salt.

How does that sound? Any other suggestons, while it's still early enough?
