Well, do tell how you served it? I'm drooing!

Ran to Fresh Market and picked up Italian sweet sausage links and a sweet potato! So the two were my lunch.

Will be nice to see what others have for their Sunday dinners!

Mine is left over spaghetti dinner, with garlic toast.

moni, I grew up eating spaghetti with mayo spread on toasted bread and chopped dill pickles on top of my spaghetti. Prefer it still today, when I'm eating it alone!

I'm making Paula Dean's baked spaghetti, tossed salad and warm bread. I'm starving!!

Moni, hubby is having spaghetti tonight. I don't think I could eat spaghetti the way you do Glenda. I just drop the live lobster in a large pot of boiling water. I just pull the meat out and dunk it in melted butter. Nothing fancy, but oh so good.

I had meatloaf, a potato, and green beans.

,Shirley, I would gladly share the lobster tonight. Hubby actually bought two large for the price of two small- they were out of the small ones. Mimi boo, I have never had baked spaghetti. Is it boiled first and then baked in something?

Been julienning vegetables for an hour. Beef and broccoli stir fry, with tons of other veggies, and steamed rice.

Lobster! Good for you! I've had it a few times at restaurants, but that's it. A decadent treat.

Our neighbour who lives below us invited us for a barbecue. I often give him homemade bread; he's divorced. He had enough food for at least 6 people!!! A chicken, halved, 6 ears of corn, red and yellow peppers, zucchini, eggplant, 3 sweet potatoes and turkey sausage.......All on the grill. It was awesome, and lots of go around, with leftovers. He even sent some home with us.

I made a lemon bundt cake for dessert and gave him a loaf of freshly made bread. All in all, a great day.

Nice to see some back at the dinner thread after last week.

I'd love lobster your way, pam! I'd need a bib, though :o)

Used to fix rock shrimp, when I lived in Fl and serve it with melted butter, etc.

Oh, I love lobster, and I've cooked it a few times but not recently. DH doesn't care anything about eating it and I just don't do two separate entries that often.

I have razor clams dug yesterday and some ground beef in the refrigerator. I can't think of anything to do with them both, so we'll probably eat the ground beef in something tonight, maybe a quick spaghetti sauce, clams tomorrow.

Daughter gifted us with 6 slices each of 6 different specialty breads from a local bakery, so it was bread and a garden salad with hard cooked egg and cheese added for protein. For dessert later we will force ourselves to consume the mixed berry pie that daughter sent over with the bread. She is killing us with kindness!

I will have to throw a few 'lobster would be good' hints her way.

I have a crockpot full of homemade beef stew that is dinner.

OK, first I need a slice of Jasdip's lemon bundt cake. I love this thread because I find it fascinating to learn about others' food and menus. I admire that so many of you do complete meals and then I get ideas for lighter meals from others. And information...Morz, what are razor clams?

No one likes lobster here. Lunch was chili and chili soup plus other things. Cheryl fixed it and we went to Amber and Mike's to eat. They are working, Mike and Kevin on the chicken house. I had a piece of "Sock it To Me Cake" in the afternoon so I am not having any supper.

Hamburger steaks in brown gravy over jasmine rice..and wilted spinach salad..

Yummm..only thing that would make it better...over mashed taters...but hubby and most of the boys prefer rice.

Oh and I'll warm some frozen corn for the non salad eaters..

Dessert...vanilla ice cream and freshly baked Chocolate Snickerdoodles..a la Roselin from way back..

we drove home from south bend, and had big breakfast with the family before...we didn't eat lunch til 2, so it was egg sandwiches tonight...boy was I glad to get home!!

We had crab ravioli with butternut squash sauce, green beans & garlic bread.

Pam, razor clam, our local clam, Pacific razor clam. They are quite good but we eat them often, not the same rare treat as lobster which are not at all native in our area :)

Either cleaned, breaded and fried, or cleaned and ground and served as about 2" crispy patties with lemon and tartar sauce. Chowder of course. My sis in law has a house on the beach 25 minutes away, walk onto the beach from her house, clean them in her kitchen and no mess is ever brought home :)

We had a big lunch, so for dinner DH is having a grilled cheese. I have some jalapeno cheese bread and applewood smoked cheddar that should pair nicely.

I would much prefer lobster, I love it!!!
