Love bugs have invaded! I mean my front porch is covered and have to spray before I open the door, or else they come inside with me!

Lunched with bestest friend. They've been away, and here fo a spell.

Ashley Mac's again! Viv had their baby blue salad. I planned on my usual: spinach feta tart, but dang they changed their menu, and had a mushroom onion tart. Not near as good as the usual. Did have their BLT salad.

The egg salad I made for yesterday was top notch. Hope you get to make yours soon!

We've had some beautiful weather this week. Kind of like fall.......gets down to 7C overnite (44F).

We picked up some Chinese food and brought it home. Haven't had it for months, and it's a real treat. We each get a combo and they stuff the containers full, and we each get 2 meals out of them. So it's a real bargain.

I cooked my fresh green beans with ham and potatoes. Oh, so good.

I will have to cook some eggs either for egg salad or chicken/egg salad tomorrow. Shirley see, Shirley do.

I hate it when they change the menu, or the ingredients, etc, Glenda.

Played golf today. It was a lovely cool day here (77). I did not sleep well last night and was operating on or about 3 hours sleep. I should do that more often.....played very well today. After golf, picked Georgy up at the groomers and rushed home to meet with cabinet maker and contractor. Things are finally moving along on the bathroom.

We're having leftover pasta with shrimp sauce. Thank goodness for leftovers because I'm too tired to cook tonight.

Glenda, those darned love bugs drive me nuts! I noticed one on the car this afternoon. Hope you asked the Ashley Mac to put the spinach tart back on the menu. Did you have the sour cream biscuit??

Jasdip, do you have your heat on at night? Or just enjoy the coolness? We have the worst Chinese food around here. On the other side of town, there must be 5 gigantic Chinese buffets. Wish we had our favorite small Chinese place we had in Dunedin. Such fresh tasting food.

Shirley, I'd be right over if I could taste right, darn it. That sounds so good. We're all eating egg salad, seems like. Hey, it's good to share meal ideas, right?

We got a little well needed rain today. We got Oriental delivered. I had orange shrimp.

Lasagna, salad and sour dough rolls for dinner. Took dinner over to DS, DIL and 2 grandkids. They're off on a road trip to Florida tomorrow morning so DH and I had dinner with them and wished them a bon voyage.

Just tomato and ham sandwiches for us--too tired to cook after painting all afternoon.

I had, guess what? Egg salad sandwich on honey wheat bread with a tossed green salad.
