Calling Lazy Pup; please share frozen entree info!

I'm bad; I know. I can't help it. I had to get your attention LazyPup.

I'm intrigued with your multiples of frozen entrees you prepare. Would you share exactly how you freeze each serving? (and maybe a recipe or two?)

Take the "stuffed chicken breast"...do you put the individual serving in a container (what kind?) wrap and freeze it; or is it just placed in a plastic bag and vacuum sealed? How does it look when it's thawed, heated, and plated?

How do you portion and freeze the meatloaf, twice-baked potatos, roast beef, and stir fried rice?

I try to cook and freeze larger portions of soups and beans, etc. but I've never done main dishes. This idea would help me out to no end.

It would be such a blessing could have a variety of tasty dinners ready to heat.

I'm working on a list of "35 complete dinner ideas," so I can run a rotating menu and always know "what's for dinner" without stressing so much. I try to set out "today's" dinner the night before, and do as much prep as possible before noon. Still, the unending "dinner" question is mind-numbing.

I could happily eat cereal every night. Wes? Nope.
