I escaped for a bike ride this morning

I ran a test today. Yep, went out for a bike ride. So far (and yes, I know it is early) the test hasn't affected me.

I rode to my daughters house, cause I made a mistake, I am not going to Edmond till Wednesday... rather than Tuesday, and watered her plants (she is visiting her sister in New Mexico).

Gave a cantaloupe away, as it was ripe, and it would have suffered in the trunk bike bag.

Then I rode out on route 66, to Hiwassee, south to Jones, over to Jones/Spencer road, eventually down to Reno, and back home.

55.64 miles on my purple snail bike. After a nice long shower, I feel great. Ate lunch, and am messing around on my computer.

I plan to spend the rest of the day indoors as a precaution, except for another escape, this time to the movies with a friend. Somehow doing things that need doing indoors have absolutely no appeal. LOL
