I decided long ago that 100% annuals and subtropicals was impractical and sacrificed early season interest, so when I established my adrenal-shaped hot color bed I planted a few shrubs and perennials to complement the short-term population. Oh wait, you were talking about 100% perennials. The perennial part of the garden is about 100% perennial, but some of those are temperennials (like the Salvia guaranitica that may or may not overwinter). Some perennial gardeners look down their noses at annuals (noted gardener Fred McGourty had an amusing take on this attitude), but annuals provide color and variety that add a lot. One of the best things about them is you can change and adapt quickly from year to year (the same old perennials can get boring, you don't have the heart to yank them out, and replacements can take years to really get going).

Simply trying chelation therapy based on advertising, Internet information, or the experiences of family and friends is really not recommended. It like going into someone's medicine chest and taking their medication. If you have a health issue that you feel warrants this intervention, you owe it to yourself to visit a professional who can do an adequate workup and guide you in your chelation choices. I do not recommend you embark on something like chelation therapy on your own. Looking for the dramatic is great at the cinema - less rewarding when it comes to your medical care.

To answer questions: the strips do not whiten crowns, fillings, or other dental work. The bleaching agent is a type of peroxide. I've heard that some people are very sensitive to these treatments.....I wonder why? My gums became a bit tender, but I swished coconut oil in my mouth before bedtime and never a problem after that. Yaya, I think that you're doing it too frequently. The treatments keep working even after you're finished....I probably won't do mine again for another year. But, I'll have to see; with my usual dental hygiene routine is pretty thorough. About why the kits are behind the counter....I asked why when I bought mine. The reason is THEFT! I had a heartbreaking talk with the manager when he brought out all of the options for me to choose from. He said that they cannot keep anything of value out on shelves or it will be stolen rapidly. Ok.. i kno thay im ab two y too l, but i have a relative personal expexperience to share! i am a single mom of 2 teens & after hurricane Florence hit our town, i got an SBA loan to make repairs & update a few things on my wish list. But after getting duped a couple of very shady ”contractors” i was left w/ out of $ & a house in shambles. However, i too read the reviews & knew the glitter topcoat wouldnt last in my house, so i bought a few boxes of epoxy resin & taught myself how to use that too cause i hadnt a clue! i had my issues along the way, ie: sticky batches, uneven application, kids touching it before dry, etc.. but i am happy w/ them. Now idk how realistic they actually look, but I had few people ask if id gotten new counters, & others reach out to touch them, not believing they werent “real”, but Epoxied over painted laminate. Gianis claim of it being “a wkend“ project is BULLSHH & I much perferr the outcome of my own application technique, over what their instructions offer.. but to each their own, right!?
