Walking to my desk at work this morning, a penny just fell to the floor in front of me. It seemed kind of odd. Wonder if Brian is playing tricks on me, too?

Some things just can't be explained. I've heard about the pennies from Heaven and after hearing about them, if I found a penny, I'd always kind of wonder..ya know? I guess if one tried hard enough, finding a penny in an odd place COULD be explained someway or another. BUT, finding peanuts where there should be no peanutsm is right up there with me finding a small white feather in the floor a few weeks ago. I'd already swept the floor..so nothing should have been there. It wasn't there..then it was! It just gave me a warm feeling. I picked it up and saved it!*S*

Honestly,for me (and a LOT of other people) happened the night my husband died (June 21,2008) and CeCe showed up! I could tell some things that he has done since he's "moved in" that have me convinced CeCe was "Sent"!*S* If you didn't get a chance to read CeCe's story, I posted on the KT about him. Well Dottie, if there isn't a squirrel in the house, then I see no other reason for you finding peanuts. Hugs to you and your DH.

Cardinal Birds are our little special "signal". My Mom use to talk to them like you would a parrot and they would respond. It was funny. They would tilt their little heads like they were really listening. We all thought she was a little wacked. LOL!

Now I'm talking to the Cardinals. "Hi Pretty Bird". I've been in the Country to long.

Oh yeah I find money all the time. I am pretty sure it's my grandpap who was a prankster. Once I found a penny on the roof of my car after I had driven about 20 miles on bumpy roads. "splain that one.

I have a lot of Pennies from Heaven stories. No peanuts, but heyÂif it feels like a sign, then it probably is.

The past few days I've been seeing my daughter Jill's car a lot. That model is 19 years old now, and normally not all that common. So when I see it all over the place it usually has some significance for me.

I was thinking she could be reassuring me about the stress test I took on Friday. But then Wolfy, her dog, got attacked and injured over the weekend. So it could have to do with that. Or both of these things.

My strangest one was something I found while decorating the cemetary one time. My deceased grandma was once bitten by a scorpion that had crawled into her bed. When cleaning out the vases on her headstone, I pulled out the foam and fake flowers. In the bottom of the vase was a LIVE scorpion!

We have at least 10 stones with vases in that family plot, but hers was the only one with the scorpion! Chance? I think not...

About 7 years ago two of the young men that work for me offered to come a dig up these awful looking shrubs in a pretty little flower garden. It was a heck of a job and I was really grateful of their offer. They hacked and dug, and sweated and were pulling these big bulb looking things out and all of a sudden a penny dropped on the pavement. They both looked at each other then at me and they bent down to pick it up they said the date was 1968. That is the year my son Jason was born. He died on Christmas day in 1996 when he was 28. I told them that he was thanking them for doing that job for me and they both got tears in their eyes...they said as soon as it hit the pavement they both got chills. I truly believe it was a sign from Jason.

I love these stories and would like to add one of my own favorites. My daughter Jill has gifted me with many Pennies from Heaven. I think it was Lulie Wayne in the Grieving Forum who told me to start looking at the dates. That made some of the penny sightings all the more remarkable.

My husband died in 2005, in a nursing home, at 4:00 a.m. I came home and tried to sleep, but that wasn't possible. So I took a shower and looked for some clothes to wear. I hadn't done much laundry during his last illness, but I knew I had a clean pair of beige jeans in my drawer because I had seen them the day before. I opened up the drawer, and there were the jeansÂwith a penny on top. I knew the penny hadn't been there before. I looked at the date. It was 1965, the year Joe and I were married.

I had the strong feeling it was from Jill, telling me her dad was with her.

I know my son, Scott, who died the same day as Elvis, sends me pennies from Heaven.
I was coming back from NYC last year, had become ill the day I left and by the time I got to Salt Lake City to change planes, I found two pennies.....one after deplaning and one when I was getting something to eat. By that time I was really sick....chills and high fever and it meant so much to find that penny.
Last week, when I went to Arizona to visit my friend, I found a penny on the floor of her car in the back seat. She said she knew it wasn't there earlier because she had cleaned the car before I came.

With my niece, it is butterflies. The day of her funeral, we were all sitting outside the church in the sun. The most beautiful monarch butterfly flitted around, enjoying the sun for the longest time. My nephews' wives and my sister and I saw it and we knew it was a sign from Vikki Ann. Every time we see a butterfly, we know she sent it.

With my mom, it was eagles. Every time we saw an eagle, we knew mom was with us.

I get pennies from my dad and butterflies from my sister.

Pennies where no penny should be. Just last week, I was home alone, cooking supper, I turned to do something at the sink and then turned back to the stove and there was a penny laying right in the middle of the stove. I know it wasn't there before. I mean my stove is white so a penny laying dead center would be noticable.

We have found a few feathers in the house and we don't have a bird. I don't know who the feathers are from. The pennies I know are from dad and the butterflies from my sister. I don't know how I know, I just know.

Just last week a white butterfly drove me crazy until I said hi to it. I was sitting in the swing, my mind a million miles away and this white butterfly kept flitting around pretty close to me, but not close to any flowers. When I finally paid attention I realized that it had been there quite some time, but because I was a million miles away I hadn't really acknowledged it, when I did, it left. It made me notice it.

I too, love these stories. As for the peanuts, there was another one on my bedroom floor last nigh Dottie.
