I do. I like biography and memoir, poetry, books on writing, health, photography, and various other subjects. I'm presently reading Cure Unknown: Inside the Lyme Epidemic, by Pamela Weintraub. I read a lot of magazines, too (I work in a library), and of course all that reading is nonfiction.

Come to think of it, though, none of my nonfiction reading involves audio books. I always have an audio book in my car, but they're always fiction.

I read many things Non-fiction. Anything in particular you have in mind?

I do. It is very rare for me to read more than a chapter or two of novels/fiction. I keep trying, but I just loose interest and put the book down, never to come back. I love nature oriented books and real life travels, gardening books and will read a cookbook like some people would read a novel. Very few biographies are of interest.

I read very little fiction. I usually read health-related books, spiritual stuff or true crime. Sounds like a odd mix, huh? lol

I'm big into books on birds, plants, gardening, wildlife, rocks, fungus... I could go on and on but you probably don't need a complete list :-)

I am at the library all the time. I consider myself a voracious reader. I read newspapers (at least 2 a day), magazines (mostly gardening and cooking), fiction and non-fiction. Right now I'm into self-help books on Organizing. The gardening season has passed so I'm not as much into gardening.

I went through my many years of reading fiction, self-help books, etc. but now prefer historical fiction and autobiographies if I read any fiction at all.

Jodi-

I mostly read good novels, but I also like some non-fiction, mostly books on psychology and neuropsychology. I'm very interested in personality type.

Although I love fiction I read a bit of non-fiction too. My favorites are biographies and self-help books.

For me it's
Gardening -flowers herbs, veggies
Recipes
Birds
Newspaper
Bible and SS lesson
Occasionally consumer related

I read both and do like non fiction books.

Sue

Occationally, but more often I read fiction.

I like real adventure stories. Like sailing alone, walking across America, etc. (I guess I live vicariously.)
American history is good too.
I've always felt, if I was going to put that much time into it, I want to learn something. I've read fiction occasionally, but it doesn't keep my interest like non-fiction.

I read mainly non-fiction, although this year I'm reading historical novels and mysteries about ancient Rome.

Non-fiction favorites:

History
Biography
Political essays
Nature
True crime

I recently read "A Long Way Gone" by Ismael Beah. It was his story about escaping from Africa during a revolution and will break your heart. He made it to the US and graduated from college and has been quite successful. I believe he was on Oprah once. I don't read much non-fiction but enjoyed this one very much.

I swear I'll never post another thing on this site. I don't know if its KT or my computer but I lost my post. No offense, but if you want my comments E-mail me.
