Okay, I wasn't going to do this thread, but oh well. I don't count "spin the bottle" or any of that. The first one I remember, that sent me over the moon, was from a boy named Dean. We met at the movie theater. He was a friend of someone I knew, and we were all going to the movies. I was 12; he was 13. He went to some private military academy. He kissed like he was born to it. I felt like I was melting in his arms. He invited me to his school's cotillion ball. I got all dressed up; he was in uniform. His mom drove. I won the centerpiece, and got kissed again at the dance. He was not particularly handsome, but oh so charming. And 40 years later I still remember his kisses.

A voice from the past, Ann, raising a toast to you! I haven't been on for a number of months except to lurk now and then for a few minutes. I miss the swaps! I need to come back and post so I can play again! Ann, you always inspire me with your photos--they are the first things I look for when I'm scolling through. What a gift you are to all of us! Thanks I passed that on to my nephew...He has two children that would really enjoy going. My nephew has been dropped into enemy lines to look for special enemies many times...He was part of a special force. And has spent most of the last four years in the war Zone as a comander of a helicopter unit. He has really given over and beyond. I think he will get to retire (if he will) in a years time. patti
