High water in our yard last night. DH securing the pontoon boat by tying it to the apple tree. River is suppsed to crest in a day or two. It won't come in our house, but I sure don't have to go far to get a sunset reflection.

Another Lady Butterfly, underside. I have a hard time telling the Lady Butterflies apart. I believe that this pic is an American Painted Lady

As I understand it, American Lady has Big Eyes underneath; whereas Painted Lady has 4 small eyes underneath.

Jim-1 I know about the big eye/little eye thing of the Painted butterflies undersides. I just can't remember what goes with which. Checking out the topsides of them to get an ID as they flit about is difficult at best. They rarely open up to reveal their full beauty for me like yours did.

I love all of the pictures today but my favorites are the barn and the windmill and the old building. Thank You I had a hard time deciding which one I want to make my new background for today.
