Potato Pie

Peel and thinly slice potatoes. Soak in whipping cream.

In pan, sauté onions, mushrooms and garlic, till golden. Deglaze with good red wine.

In a spring form pan, lined with parchment paper, layer potatoes, mushroom mixture till full (season with salt and pepper between layers). Pour in remaining cream mixture.

Bake at 375 for 45 minutes to one hour.
