ncamy. gosh, what a compliment! Thanks. The finish is brushed nickel. I liked their bn color as it was pretty warm compared to some and since I knew I wanted orb light fixtures and cabinet hardware (and ended up with an orb mirror, too), I thought it coordinated a little better than some of the bn I saw. One caution - I didn't know this would happen and don't know if it is the nature of the wall fixtures or just this particular style/model, but when you turn the water off it continues to drip for a while. Everything is tight and working how it should, but the plumber says it is because a lot of water is left in the spout (because it is long and wide, I guess). So I turn it off, wipe out the sink, but it always drips after that and unless I go back later and wipe it again, it leaves water spots in the sink. I don't mind wiping it out to keep it looking nice, but I really dislike that the Fina doesn't empty for so long. Be sure to post pics of your finished bath.

Hi Alina and thanks. It's a Simpson door with their textured glass option. I'm not 100% sure what the hanging system is...the contractor just bought it, probably at HD, but I think it's Johnson? It seems very good quality the way it slides, so I'm thinking it's not HD builder grade stuff. If you click on interior french door #37, I think that's it, in the vertical fir. Then click on textured glass options and then click on " View full doors in real setting." Mine is "Large Leaf." Let me know if that works for you. jmarino - Good to hear they're easy to assemble and install, as I'm the assembler and installer! mayflowers - I tried Scherr's and Conestoga. Both have a minimum # of cabinets. I'll search for Barker threads. Sophie Wheeler - Well, sometimes we have to compromise. Plenty big for a medicine cabinet to hold daily hygiene items and have an internal electrical outlet! It's to replace one of those even smaller, recessed medicine cabinets squished into the corner on one side of the vanity. The bathroom has a 5'x4' linen closet, a double vanity and room for a free-standing cabinet should even more storage be needed.

After a thread about healthy desserts I made a clementine cake which was discussed on Friday. I used 6 small mandarins (by Halo) and 2 1/3 cups almond flour, 6 eggs, baking powder, vanilla and a dash of cinnamon and it was really good. I baked it in a 9" cake pan as my spring form pan is quite large. This was a practice for Easter. I have a future DIL who is celiac and another who is gluten intolerant. This is the recipe I used https://cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/1016184-clementine-cake
