Here's the New Baby

He is beautiful. He's so good! He's huge. He's only 6 months old. He's this big, awkard, guy. He "thumps" around the house. We should have named him Thumper. He has a curly, beautiful coat. His ears look like a cocker spaniels. crimped. He's sooooo adorable.

What - only one photo? Surely you have more... I love seeing everyone's pets.

For the first time in 32 years we don't have a dog (or 2 or 3). so I have to live vicariously through everyone's photos. And puppies are just the best - even large, thumping ones.

I'm another vicarious dog "owner" these days. Omigosh, he's gorgeous!! I hope you don't mind if I make it easier for everyone else to view his picture. Instant gratification!

Hi MIke, Thanks for the nice compliments!!! I know that u have as many beautiful Plumeria...are they ready to Bloom? You had said that you had a few inflos showing, so i was wondering if they are ready to put on a show!!! That White Plumeria is a Noid (Meaning no id on this tree...LOL!!! Not a named variety) For those that dont know what a Noid is!! : ) I will be more than happy to send u a cutting of this White if u want one...it seems to have the scent of the "Scentsational", but since it was sold without a tag...i can only guess. You know only a cutting can carry the true name. MIke did mention the great buys that he found at HD (Home Depot) : ) He is very lucky to have found some real beauties!! We even laughed about skipping lunch just to pick up a few more for that price! He really had some great restraint not to bring home a truck load!! LOL Thank you for thinking of me, things are getting better here! I have K up and walking around the house and she seems to have made the turn ... Your thoughts and prayers were greatly appreciated... Many hugs to you and Sissy! Her words of enncourgement were so helpful! Give her a big Hug and Kiss for me!!! I've noticed the high prices for Sans variegates on eBay. I suspect that means the genera is starting to acquire more adherants (like myself) who are willing to pay big bucks. The plants I got at Grigsby's were probably more than I should have paid until I was sure, I wouldn't kill them. Ah well, they say the object of life is to die broke and I'm thinking that might not be a bad philosophy.

All of you are so sweet...Theresa her name is McKenzie Rae 2/21/07 7 lbs 3 ozs 19 1/2" I'm just in heaven, especially since Julie wanted to come home for a couple of weeks. She was a little nervous about being a new Mommy, and of course I don't mind! lol I had a very rough day, they wouldn't give Julie an epy because she had a tattoo on her her lower back, the poor child suffered so bad. I thought I'd die. Hardest thing I've ever endured in my life, including having her. I had natural also, but its alot harder to see your child go though it. But at least now we can sit back and spoil the baby! And she's such a good baby, hardly ever cries, just wimpers a little. Sooooo sweet. Have a good nite girls, gotta be up early starting this moving business.......I may not be able to post after Wednesday for a few days. Furniture will be delivered then, so I'll be head deep into getting moved. I'll be back soon as I can:) I appreciate you girls being patient with me, had alot going on. Hopefully things will calm down soon.... Sassy We're moving this week, finally, will show you all pics after I get moved in. Sassy

alisdale, thank you for that! maria cate. I can't even imagine my life without a dog. this one is my Daisy Girl -- the Matriarch. She was 6 weeks old when we got her and grew up with McDuff. They adored each other.
When McDuff had the amputation of his back leg and stayed in our closet for 3 weeks, and we couldn't get him to come out, Daisy soo missed him. She was the one who went into our closet, licked his face and his wound. McDuff got up and went into the yard and peed for about 10 minutes!
She's a great, great dog.

this is a SERIOUS AWWW FACTOR!! They are both just precious and while I know you still miss McDuff something awful...I'm pretty sure this fella is wrapping those big ole paws around your heart...

Oh my, he really is a beauty! So touching to hear about your Daisy girl and her best bud, sweet McDuff.

I'm also without a dog or cat for the first time in my life and still grieving over the loss of the last one. Your touching tribute/poem about McDuff sure did grab my heart and touched my soul.

What a life you and your babies have there at your beautiful B & B. :)
