I've only seen gasteria twice, and I overpaid the second time because I didn't buy the first lol. I have found a couple neat aloes. I thought gasteria/aloe hybrid possibly because of the distichous (sp?) growth, but learned here that aloes often begin that way and begin to rotate as they mature. I have id'd the striata and still have a NoID. Have to wait until it's larger to ID I suppose. It doesn't seem that happy, I think I'm underwatering it and it wants more light. Those spines used to be bright red. Kd

Similarly but in a different sense, I remember some years ago that my own primary care doc at the time told me that his practice didn't have the refrigeration equipment to keep one particular vaccine (I forget which) at the low temp it needed and suggested I get it at a pharmacy or a larger group practice. He's since retired and my new doc is part of a larger medical school faculty practice. I haven't had a similar experience though I do go to a large pharmacy location for annual inoculations needed off cycle from primary care doctor visits.

I really enjoyed your pictures of the buggy and the pony cart. Growing up I had a buggy very similar to yours, my seat was different and it was missing the top. Mine was an Amish buggy I had saved my money to buy. I had my pony Babe to pull it all over and it was a lot of fun. It did have the steps on the side to get in. That has been so many years ago. I had a Green Giant riced cauliflower casserole. I don't usually buy those types of boxed vegetables, too expensive and too sauced usually, but it was on sale, I had a coupon, and it sounded good. And it was good! very tasty, and I really couldn't tell that it wasn't real rice.
