Ran to Five Guys for a small burger with grilled onions and made it in time for first therapy session.

NOT, I was early and rescheduled for next week. Got a haircut instead.

I have just been busy around here today. Cheryl came and then she picked up Alyssa to help Amber out since her knee hurts so much. I worked on applesauce again this afternoon. I have them in the canner. Six quarts and a pint. My supper is a hamburger sandwich with one of our home grown tomatoes and some of the applesauce I made today. This time Cheryl and I used the Kitchen Aid Fruit and Vegetable strainer. Really worked nice for large batches. I still have apples to work up :)

I raided the freezer and came up with spaghetti meat sauce over whole wheat noodles.

I too have been wondering about Mary. Hope to hear from her as soon as she's able.

We went to Richmond again today. I finally found a marble slab that I liked so that part of bathroom redo is under control. We then went to Maggiono's for lunch again and once again brought home half our lunch plus spaghetti and meatballs for two more nights. DH had the baked ziti today and I had the eggplant Parmigiano. They both were very good and the best part, I don't have to cook three nights this week!

Harry's dinner sounds yummy. I would like that. Hope you're feeling well, Patti. That's a busy day for someone not up to par. Heck, that's a busy day for anyone! LOL

DH and I were too tired to cook after prepping a room for painting. We stopped off for a pulled pork sandwich with Sweet Baby Ray's Sauce. Good!

I just had a snack of red seedless grapes and baby bell cheese, so not hungry. I will probably have a multi grain tortilla wrapped around a piece of spiral ham with lettuce and tomato.

Probably pancakes... 3 kinds...blueberry, chocolate chip and plain..
I just make a double batch...make the plain, then sprinkle the other things in as I make them.

Glenda, won't be long before I can have a 5 guys, Adding it to my "have to eat" list. Too bad about your therapy. You must have been disappointed. But a fresh haircut probably made you feel much better! :-)

Sue, I would love to see the shelves where you keep all your canned things. I bet it's a thing of beauty!!

Shirley, I'm raiding our freezer tomorrow. I know I have meatballs I made but didn't cook. Froze on a cookie sheet and then sealed them. In fact, I have more cooked frozen food than raw. I've been saving for hurricane season.

Georgysmom, glad you found a marble slab you liked. I think that would be hard with so many to choose from. Cheers for you and not having to cook three nights. We all need a break once in a while.

Sweet Betsy, I swear it takes longer to prep a room to paint than it does to paint it. It's not a job I care for, either. Have fun painting LOL!

Raven, a tortilla wrap sounds good. So does the cheese and grapes. DH still in training? Lucky duck!

Terri, your boys don't know how great they have it!! That sounds wonderful!! Especially the pancakes.

Patti, your treatments sure haven't slowed you down at all! Be careful you don't wear yourself out.

We had meatballs with my garlic/soy sauce sauce, rice and sauteed cabbage and onions.

Jasdip, that sounds like something we'd eat around here..

In fact our version will be on the menu next week. I use ground turkey..it's one of the only ways I can use it in something instead of beef. Meatballs, either Asian sauce glazed or marinara. Ground Turkey is pretty afforadable at Costco..and this week B1G1F at Safeway.
