I really liked Journeyman. You are right about having to follow it, but it was a good one, they never gave it a chance!

I didn't see Cane.

I did like Life, and as far as I know - it will be back.

We loved Journeyman and it is very disappointing that it was not renewed. Maybe cable will pick it up.

I really enjoyed Cane, too, and wish it would come back.

Also Dexter, which i guess came from either HBO or Showtime. Right now I'm enjoying the SWAT team show on CBS, can't remember the name at the moment, but it's new for the summer. I figure they won't bring it back either because it's so good.

I liked Journeyman, but DH and I loved Cane. It was one the best shows in a long time (of course, I was a Dallas-Dynasty-Colbys-Knots Landing fanatic). We can't believe they aren't bringing it back. Another favorite that isn't coming back is The Unit. Who makes these decisions?????

Wanda, The Unit will be back, moved to Sunday nights after Cold Case. I'm still mad that Men in Trees won't be back.

I'm disappointed that "Back To You" was cancelled, yet "Til Death" is still on. I loved the first, can't stand the second. Anything with Kelsey Grammer is sure to be a hit but they're claiming it was too expensive because of their stars.... well, they hired 'em in the first place! Geez, that's so dumb.

My favorites from last season are all coming back; Pushing Daisies, Chuck, and Burn Notice.

One of the fluffy summer fill-in shows that aired during the writers strike was Miss Guided (I think that's how they spelled it -- could have been Mis-Guided) was really a cute, fun show. I read that it's been canceled.

Also canceled - Las Vegas. That really bums us out - it was a good show before, but it was GREAT with Tom Selleck. And now it's gone...

I am also mad that "Men in Trees" was cancelled. I hardly ever watch that type of show but I really got hooked on that one.

LOL I'm like MaryAnn. I've never even HEARD of any of those shows. We're in such a rut - we watch the few things that we like every week religiously and then piddle around on the computer the rest of the time...

I'm glad to hear that Dirty, Sexy Money will be back. I tried watching Cane but didn't like it. I'm bummed to hear that Las Vegas was canceled. I like it with Selleck but I really missed Jimmy Caan (sp). As long as I get Survivor and American Idol I'll be happy.

I was just thinking about this yesterday and getting excited for my nighttime tv to come back...Boston Legal, Grey's Anatomy, ER, Lost, I'm a tv addict!! I wish they'd run a few reruns during the month of August to get my brain back up to speed on the series!!

Don't despair - Friday Night Lights will be back, but not until January. Prior to that, it will be on one of the cable channels (wish I could remember which one). That's one of our absolute most favorite shows!

Hubs and I have gotten so disgusted with the way the networks cancel shows so quickly that we aren't going to watch any of the new shows at all. The only new one that we watched last season was the Miss Guided show on ABC that didn't come on until the writer's strike, and it was really cute. But, it's been canceled... So, we'll watch our favorites that will be back, and as they slowly (hopefully not quickly!) get canceled or reach their end, it will be an extra 30-60 minutes for doing something else...

This is the last season for E.R. and we didn't watch it at all last season. Don't know if we'll start in on that one again just to catch the final season. ... Probably not!

I haven't watched any of those shows! In fact, the only show I'm watching now is Army Wives. Sometimes I'll watch HGTV but that's it. I'm much more addicted to my computer!

Lunchlady - I've been watching the Cleaner so it's sure to be cancelled! Any new show I like gets cancelled. I love Benjamin Bratt.

I only started watching that because I'm on maternity leave. I don't usually watch 10pm dramas - they keep me up too late. A&E replays it on Saturday afternoons though.

Usually I wait for shows to come back in syndication. I got tired of getting invested in shows only to have the networks pull them after a few episodes.
