Attitude is everything. A lot of stuff just doesn't matter. I keep reminding myself of this in light of this recession we're in, b/c if I let myself I'd sit down and cry over the $$$ we've lost in the stock market, but I have 3 children and they have spouses (that makes 6) and they have children (10) and they're all healthy and productive and I can't ask for more than that. We know people really dealing w/ bad health and serious problems w/ their children and people who don't have grands, and I wonder why I'm so blessed. The important things in life aren't things. So, I try to forget the $$$$$ and thank God for the good life I have.

My birthday was 2 weeks ago, and friends are still taking me out to celebrate.

I just in from a fabulous Italian post birthday lunch and I'm stuffed :o)

tee hee, went there last week,as well, with another friend.
