And I claim that there's a paper-thin difference between hand-held phone and hands-free phone, especially in busy traffic (not many cars on our rural roads) 'cause it affects one's concentration, and one needs to keep one's full attention on everything that's going on ... and may go on ... around him/her.

One needs to drive with attention to what's going on 1/4 of a mile ahead, as well.
