Impressive gate!

Alisande, I am loving my Phlox David now too. That bright white in evening light is outstanding.

Beautiful phlox Susan.

Here's a little hummingbird sitting on a parched elephant ear. He's guarding the feeder from a short distance. It's not a very crisp photo, but that's the fault of the photographer ( me ).

Beautiful pics, love those wide open skies, Moni! Here's yet another one from Cabela's. DH and DS looking at all the mounted deer.

A repeat but one of my favorites. Morning sun on a skull that DH has hung on a tree at his hunting cabin.

Grandson has discovered a new "something" in the backyard(explained about the locust shedding these, he was enthralled..for a second or two..LOL).....he actually kept it and put it in his room. Thats really something for a kid whose afraid of every insect on earth...LOL. Lovely pix today everyone....

Taken near Searchlight, Nevada. I absolutely love the purplish (is that a word) colors in the sky.

Just to make your drool!
Baklava, I had on a little isle in Greece, last year.

Good name for that coleus, Ron. Another pic from Alaska, two rivers joining. You can see the different colors. The bluer one is the result of glacial run-off. They eventually mix completely, of course.

Ron, what a perfect name for that coleus. I am often amazed at the names given to new varieties of plants and how well the names fit.

Vicki, that layered color in the sky is beautiful. Very nice pic.

Kathy, wouldn't it be nice to have the 'wonder' of a child throughout life.

The grandpuppy likes to be held when she needs to recharge her batteries, and Grandma is happy to oblige.
