I think I have the 'A Country Alphabet" you're talking about. It's in CS/CC on pages 16-17. It has 2 Christmas stockings on the front. The left page has a' Bless Our Home' cross stitch, and the page beside it (17) has a bookmark & wallhanging. The S and F borders on the center of the fold of the book. Let me know if it sounds like the right one,and if you're still interested. The back of the first page is 'country garden',and the back of 2nd page is Pin-ups that say 'My Collection' on them.

I couldn't live without my dry swiffer sheets for quick cleaning. They slide under my sleigh bed and all my furniture that is low to the floor. I slant it on my baseboards and it removes a lot of dust and lint. If the floor seems extra gritty (dry mud carried in DH's boots) I will sweep with a soft bristled Old Cedar broom before swiffering. That is usually just in the mud-room and kitchen. Who am I kidding?? He can manage to make his way half-way through the house before he takes his boots off :). When I am deep/thorough cleaning (two or three times a year) I use the hard floor attachment on my Rainbow. It can be a PITA, but I know all the dust and grit get pulled out of the crevices. Refuse to use the wet swiffer systems on my wood floors. Only use microfleece pads and vinegar water. Plan on getting the Bona in the future after hearing such good things about it I do keep a box of wet swiffer sheets for when I am in a hurry and need to mop linoleum in laundry room and one bath. I am not overly concerned about any damage here as these floors will be replaced this year.

I use the big wide swiffer type mop that has 2 heads, one for dusting, one for mopping. I think the Bruce people make this mop, not sure, can't remember. Both mop heads are washable. To mop laminate I use Taaka Vodka w/water, a little squirt of dish soap, then spritz with a spray bottle and mop as I go. No, I don't drink the vodka and water, it goes on the floor. For the tile I use the same cleaning solution, but use a string mop for more heavy duty mopping. For those of you using vinegar on your tile floors, remember vinegar will strip any sealant that is on your grout because of the acid. Also, swiffer liquid will discolor and dull certain types of tile finishes. I use the same Vodka/water and soap for the granite, ss appliances, glass, etc. along with a microfibre cloth. It works on almost everything. I do not use it on painted or stained wood surfaces as the alcohol could strip or dull the finish. I was using rubbing alcohol instead of pure alcohol and then learned the fumes from rubbing alcohol are dangerous to inhale. I prefer not to use any chemical cleaners in my house. Will use bleach rarely if needed, but that's about it for chemical cleaners. I use Greased Lightning for cleaning litter boxes outside. Spray, let set, hose and they are spotless without having to touch the inside of the box.

We had wood Adirondack chairs when I was a kid. I remember sitting on one and getting splinters in my legs. Ouch! A few years ago, I bought 2 plastic A chairs. They look nice in my back yard and are comfy for sitting. I cover them over the winter and they still look as good as new.
