I so appreciate all of your help, and patience with me while I learn, I knew there had to be something I was not doing, that would make them look nicer. I had some of the silver plated covers from a kit , they looked cheap and I didnt know what they were for, you should be a teacher! I have been checking out your new line of jewerly and of course everything is so beautiful!!!! I have always loved black onyx, and when I seen the beads on the clearance area I got bouth packs was enough with other parts to make two bracelets. if you go to hobby lobby much check out there clearance, last week I got some real pretty crystal heart, two in a pack for .52, I think I paid $1.50 for the onyx beads, yes I am cheap, but in the end the results are the same. now what to do with those pretty hearts Happy Crafting oddie

I made a few more waiting out the hurricane :) My grandson even made one for his mama with white elastic cord threaded over and under the buttons,with a heart shaped button in the center. We tied it off with crimp beads, and it slips on over the hand. He had a great time choosing buttons in solid colors with a few pearly ones here and there. Then he made one for himself with black rattail cord, using a silver metal heavy button tied with knots on each side of the button,and the ends tied in knots,to slip over his hand....he wore it to school and promptly got it taken away by his teacher, LOL! He was bad,took it off and was swinging it, I should have foreseen that,coming from a boy who just turned 5 years old last week. I made 2 with white and pearly buttons, no beads, and I made 1 with pearly pastel shank buttons,no beads.

Glad to hear it went well & you enjoyed it! I always had my tables covered with plain colored cloths to the floor so I could store my stuff underneath & put empty boxes around the front area of table (underneath the cloth so if people tried to take something all they found under the cloth was empty boxes!)Always brought a lunch that didn't smell! I hate walking by booth or table & smells like Mexican, Italian, etc or tuna sandwich-I like those foods just not while I am shopping. Cheese sandwich was what I took. Only been to 1 sale this year & they didn't have much, it was a church that used to have great stuff & lots of handmades but mostly jewelry & used items & not cookies & breads like before! What kind of items did you make that were under $5? I need ideas for little things to give folks & DD & grandkids. Jan
