doing home dye job not finished until 710pm (10 extra minutes because of the gray) look in the mirror its pink!! omg, i love my best friend but since hes a male and used to have red hair he thinks anything will work...hes 70 thinks hes 20 lol oh boy cant wait to see how this turns out..probably orange, i wanted vibrant red lol...MEN!! sorry just had to vent christmas one year i used burgandy i was a very brilliant shade of purple lol. ah im not real mad..yet thanks for listening.

I know what you mean about men. Mine bought me a bottle of platinum hair dye, insists "This will look great." Yeah, right, on a 57 year old with brown eyes and sallow jaundiced skin from chronic kidney failure. Had my rant. Sorry you turned pink. Next time go to a professional hair dresser.

not pink yet lol. ive got um interesting copper colors lol...im still waiting for it to dry. i already cut 5 in off 3 in the other day..oh well no one will see me lol. and im sorry you got suckered like me..never agiain. so 8 in of hair is gone and its still to long. dont worry friend who picked this color, doesnt know my ears are pink lol tried qtips. lol now hell owe me..ill cut his hair next time lol

Crazy. I had the similar thing happen to Cheer ("safe" for he machines). I might give it another chance, since I like the scent and having no OBs. Maybe I'll be brave and buy another box when I am done with my Miele Ultra Color. Last experience with Cheer was a SUDS and rinsing nightmare. Sorry you had to deal with this!

peren.all - you are way beyond my understanding of this pest. I was not aware of any natural parasites of Lily Beetle being as how it is not a native species. Certainly, even if there are some they are having little impact according to the RHS survey information. One factor might be that there are far more lilies being grown these days. Combined parasitoids of the lily beetle have been found to parasitise 25% to 94% of L. lilii larvae in mainland Europe (Haye & Kenis 2000; 2004; Ra¨mert et al., 2009). With 21% of larvae producing parasitoids in this investigation and 27% reported in Salisbury (2003) it appears that parasitism rates are currently towards the lower end of the European range in the UK. This may be due to the UK currently having fewer species of parasitoid than mainland Europe. The dominant parasitoid in most of Northern and Western Europe is Lemophagus errabundus (Haye & Kenis 2000, 2004, Ra¨mert et al., 2009). From the results presented here it is apparent that this species is also the dominant parasitoid of L. lilii in at least part of the UK. Tetrastichus setifer is dominant in Germany and Diaparsis jucunda (Holmgren) (Hymenoptera: Ichneumonidae) (a species not yet found in the UK), is dominant in Southern Europe (Haye & Kenis, 2000; 2004). Well, here it's raining. In the 40s tomorrow, then down to 17 tomorrow night, so I'm assuming it'll be slick. This was a couple of years ago, we can pile up some pretty impressive snow but we have experience and equipment, so we're good at moving snow and getting around in it. That's our old truck, a full size Chevy Silverado with a "crew" cab. The problem with putting oil on the weatherstripping of the doors is that if you then rub against it while getting in or out, you get oily spots on your clothes. (yeah, ask me how I know) WD 40 and PAM both work too, but can degrade the rubber weather stripping. Rubber conditioner is really best if you want to treat the rubber weather stripping. My problem is that water gets into the locks themselves and then I'm heating my key, or using Lock-Ease. The Enclave does have heated seats, and I have a garage, so I can start the car, turn on the seats, go inside and have a cup of coffee and then leave after the car warms up nicely. It also has all wheel drive to get me though most of the navigable stuff and the old farm truck is 4 wheel drive, of course so we're pretty prepared, usually. So we're enjoying the break, but it'll only last until tomorrow, then it's back to normal Michigan winter, it looks like the 20s in the day and single digits at night for another month or so. Annie

I'm not aware of any changes recently. If you raw pack tomatoes (or halves) in water, you only process 40 minutes in boiling water or 15 minutes under proper pressure. Of course you fit fewer tomatoes in this way and total density would be lower. (Personally, I'd rather can in juice or, even better, with just tomatoes and go ahead and do the long process.) By the way, they seem to say 40 minutes for pressure canning tomatoes without added liquid.

P.S. Four guys were discussing whether people's hair colour gave any indication of who got mad the quickest, hottest, and to what effect.

One, whose girl friend was a redhead, thought that it was people with that colour hair that did so, giving examples.

Same for guy with girl friend a blonde ... and brunette.

Then they looked at the fourth guy, and said, "What's your opinion, buddy - you haven't said a word, thus far?".

"I don't see much difference: my wife's been all three, and I didn't notice any difference," was his reply.

LOL....That is why Sydney now has black hair....she is blonde......had brown and red highlights put in hair by a pro.....well duh Syd when you swim in chlorine pool it turns pink soooo her and friends decide they can fix it...yeah right...so now she is my hair color...oh well as she said it matches her eyebrows and she always wanted my color hair...me I prefer her blonde but what do I know I only did hair 20 years right? LOL Stacy
