A Bad Massage

Sunday I went for a simple manicure, and the girl at the spa asked if I'd like a massage and facial. I said yes. The facial part was okay. She laid me down on a cot, applied heat, then exfoliating cream, then took a tool and squeezed my pimples. Yes, at 57 I'm still tormented by zits! Then a massage with olive oil, felt good but a little rough. She deeply massaged my back , neck, shoulders, and face, including pressing HARD at my temples. No! I made her stop. When I went home, I noticed a stiff neck. I woke up the next morning and my entire upper back was sore, like a sunburn, except the skin wasn't red. But I hurt for four days. Today (Thursday) it seems a little better. But I've decided-no more massages for me! Anybody else ever have one and what was your opinion?
