What's for dinner Saturday?

Harry bought a nice porterhouse steak on sale yesterday, so that's our dinner tonight. I have some thick-sliced portabello mushrooms to saute in olive oil and a little butter and twice-baked potatoes. Last time I made them I made a batch, while I was at it. Just have stick them in the oven a while.
