I have some frozen pork roast (the Jack Daniel's one already cooked) for a sandwich tonight and whatever else I can did out.
Oh I made some sea coast salad Sunday so I will have that too. It sure was good.

Don't think I've ever had a pizza roll, guess it's cause I rarely eat pizza. Don't ask me why, cause I don't know.

Taco salad sounds good. Only eaten one and that was Taco Bell's long ago.

While out running errands, I picked up a frozen pizza. That was the sum total of my evening meal.

made chicken with stir-fry veggies in the crock pot...it was ok (also did some rice in the mix) but a little mushy...that's ok it tasted good! and a lot less work...

have enough for lunch tomorrow...

We had salad and corn-chicken chowder with red pepper, tomatoes and celery. Added bow tie noodles to the chowder.

susan, chicken with stir fry veggies sound good, and less work, how can you beat that!

I love corn chowder, and with chicken makes it even yummier.

Summertime gotta have chopped onions and tomatoes mixed with my fresh green beans :o) when eating with a slice of cornbread.

Another version of the grilled chicken salad - Greek tonight. A side of figs with goat cheese. The first few days of the month are always hectic for me while we are working on closing the books for the month. I try to make sure I'm stocked up on some easy to prep things, otherwise we tend to take the easy way & eat out, which blows both our diets and our budget.

kittiemom, our figs aren't ready yet, but I love to eat them right off the tree. Love love figs and goat cheese.

Had to play bridge tonight so we went out for half-price hamburgers. I haven't had a burger in a while so it tasted mighty good.

Since this is technically Tuesday's thread...Last night was tacos with salsa and spanish rice. Yum. Tonight, if it isn't raining DH will grill out steak and I will have some chicken.

here is the one I made, found it on pinterest

Sea Coast Salad

2 cups macaroni shells (medium)
1 medium cucumber (peeled and cubed)
1/4 cup green onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 TBSP dill weed
1/8 tsp pepper
2 TBSP red wine vinegar
2 tbsp salad oil
2/3 cup mayo (do NOT put Miracle Whip in here)
1 12oz package of crab meat

I added some black & green olives too.

I'm under the weather....had to go to ER to have an infected spot lanced. We got some ribs at Krogers. Okay but remind me to never eat a rib again that is not from our local, Joe's Barbecue. No comparison.

oh Glenda, I also add ranch dressing to my salad.
