Going to Sears afterwhile and pick up a Craftsman weedeater on wheels that we bought last night.

Twinkie's gone to a gun show, so I'm lazin' around, eating toast, reading the paper, etc.

Probably won't put on clothes/clothes until I go to Sears - WHENEVER that is! LOL

I will be 'touring' the yard several times to harass (as in murder) the japanese beetles. Then this evening we will probably take "Donna" our 1979 Pacer, to a car show at the airport.

I'm going out to poopie scoop before the lawn mowing starts.
Getting garlic ready to mail to those that wanted some. I haven't forgotten. I was busy with Bible School all week. It'll be in the mail this next week sometime.
Getting a few things together for the cabin. We'll go tomorrow after church, and come home Monday late afternoon. The guy is supposed to come start on my pad for the trailer.

Feels like it's late afternoon already. Was up at 6, went over to old house, and supervised movers...got all the furniture from there to this house.

I'm finally fully moved in to "new" house !

Later...we're going over to his sister's. Out to dinner, then staying over because car show tomorrow is in her town, and we have to be there by 8 o'clock to get a good spot.

Busy day and weekend.

We are going to Tucson (70 miles one way) shopping. Bobby has football camp starting on Monday. When do they give us the list of what he has to have...Thursday!!! Our town doesn't have much in the way of good shopping and has nothing that this kid needs so off we go. When we asked the coach he said "oh the usual 5 pair shorts and 5 shirts" Well the list says that the shorts have to be blue or black and the shirts have to be gray. This really irks me!!

Target to get several shower gifts. This summer is killing me with baby showers, wedding showers and weddings!

Finish wash and put away.

Make pig in the blankets (dutch kind).

Sweep the garage and driveway. Well actually blowing it out.

Have a beer and relax later on this afternoon.

We slept in and lazed around, now we're going out to do some geocaching. The humidity finally broke!!! Yay! It's lovely out there now, a beeze and 20ºC, perfect for walking.

The county fair and then DH and I are checking into a hotel in Newport Beach, going to dinner, dancing and tomorrow we'll do brunch at the beach.

He gave me a romantic night at this hotel for my birthday last year. We completely forgot about it until last week when he got an email saying it would be expiring soon as next week is my birthday. Of course it expires *before* my birthday so we have to use it this weekend.

I've already been out dead heading and watering my containers. I'm cooking for DD#1's family, who have all been somewhere different and will be coming in tonight. DD#1 has been in NYC, SIL and DGD#3 have been in Tulsa, DGD#1 is in Memphis and DGD#2 has been in Searcy, Ark. I picked her up at the AP yest. So, I'm cooking. I always cook ALOT of different stuff so everybody will be happy!

Have made one trip to the grocery and am going for a manicure at 12:30. Probably come home and take DGD#2 out to lunch. She spent the night here and she is sacked out!!

My SO's sister passed away last week and we're going to her Memorial Service in Tampa,this afternoon then plans are up in the air for tonight. No doubt dancing at the beach will be on the agenda.

Going to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription before they close at 2:00.
Got to go to the grocery store sometime today. Will probably be the local Brookshires because I avoid WalMart on the weekend.
Late in afternoon we're going out in the boat.

So far...I have washed 3 loads of laundry and hung out 2, ready to hang 3rd out and wash 4th. Made 2 loaves of bread, oh, and cut Dean's hair!

Still in jammers...it makes it interesting when people drive the back road and see me in my "sexy" NOT jammers! LOL Need to get a shower and will have to color my hairs (Dean always tells me to color/cut them ALL) later!

What I want to get accomplished is some sewing. I still have one little outfit cut out to make for the little one that I watch on occasion....sooooo much fun to sew for those little girls! The one I am making has watermelon slices on it..but the same pattern as this one.

I hate to "plan" anything these day. Seems everything falls through at the last minute.

The day is wasting away and I haven't done much of anything. I slept until 9:30, which is rare for me.

I'll probably go visit Mom at the Nursing Home. I need to clean house, as we usually get drop in company on weekends.

I've already washed the birdbath and fed the birds. I picked up dg poop and doggie toys then mowed the yard. I was going to use the weed eater, but my mother called. She needed me to bring her something. On the way back from her house I stopped by the grocery store. Now I'm not in the mood to go back outside to finish the yard; maybe this evening...
I need to change and wash sheets today and vacuum the floors. We will probably go out to eat this evening. That's about it.

I'm off to Hollister for the annual bike rally. Probably won't stay long. They hired new management last year and messed it up. This year they plan to fiddle with it even more and make it more "family oriented". Sheesh. As a back-up my friend and I will end the day in Monterey.

So far I have washed 4 loads of clothes, hung them out and put 11 quarts of tomatoes in the freezer, I am now taking a little break. Later I am going to see if DH will cook some chicken on the grill and I will do the rest for supper in the house.

I'm off today and tomorrow before a busy work week, only have Thursday off next week. I'm working overtime one day. I've done laundry, ate breakfast and will listen to Dave Ramsey's radio program from yesterday on-line here shortly. Then watch a dvd from Netflix while I walk on the treadmill.

It's raining out today so there won't be any yard work today. I do need to go out and see if I have any baby melons, though. I may do my grocery shopping this evening. Depends on how lazy I feel. I should buy another scrub pants too, I only have two that fit right now and I have to work three and four in a row sometimes, makes it a pain to have to wash when I get home from working half the day.

Birdwatching! Watching my Baby Blue Birds on my nest cam. Gardening ;) and grocery shoping :(~ I HATE grocery shopping.

Have done most of it by now. Slept in this morning until 9, very late for me. Just haven't felt good the past two days, have a slight lingering headache and just feel all round 'duncy' as my late MIL would say.

Went in to our little town to go to the bank and deposit money from my shop, and put some back in savings. Then forgot to pick up my bank statements.

Stopped by our little library, they always have a rack out front of books they are selling to clear out for more room. Bought biograpy of Dean Martin and a candy cookbook, $2 for both. Visited with librarian awhile and headed home.

Passed the gas station and realized I forgot to bring in GS's gas can to refill for his dirt bike. DH had 'borrowed' his gas for the lawnmower the other day as all ours were empty. Getting pretty bad when you have to search and hunt for a dab of gas for the lawnmowers.

Came home and hung out a load of laundry after bringing a load in. Have another load running, DH's work clothes.

Now, it's just doing very little, too hot and humid to do much and we don't have A/C anymore, unit went kaput last year and DH's arthritis doesn't like it. So, just depend on some fans and when it's really hot and humid this old woman does very little.

I went to the lab for a blood draw first thing this morning. The weather is cooler and very nice today so I fixed a spinach salad for lunch and ate on my back deck. Now it is nap time. Hopefully, after my nap I will have energy to vacuum the living room and take out trash and newspapers.

Vannie, I live about 45 miles from Searcy, AR. Tell your DGD I could have "stood in" for you if I had known she was there! LOL

Well, back from geocaching! Found 4 geocaches and walked 7 kilometres. Tonight Joe is going out to poker with the guys and I am going to watch a chick flick.

I went to a flea market about 90 miles from here. Vernon, the baby squirrel, and a friend who is also a rehabber went with me. I bought an arbor trellis for my garden.
