jasdip - the plan is to try to do so by, I think, mid 2015. But the requirements are very stringent. The liquor area has to be completely separate from the grocery area and the store can't be within so many (I can't remember how many) kilometers from an existing liquor store. I think in the Vancouver area only one grocery store qualifies.

Yesterday's question kind of threw me for a loop. There were auto manufacturers that used assembly line processes before Ford and I knew Ransom Olds did. I took the term literally and thought maybe the answer was supposed to identify the person who thought up the process. No worries..... When I was at the hospital day of surgery, and at ER, I wanted my phone on. They actually wanted it while hubby was in surgery so they could get hold of me quick. Anyway, my flip phone wouldn't get any service, even though everyone was on their smart phones. That bothered me, and I'm thinking of looking to see if I can get one for pay as you go, which is still a monthly plan but relatively inexpensive, $15/mth (my current plan). We use it very seldom and that's the cheapest monthly plan I've seen. If it doesn't get renewed every month, you lose all of the accumulated minutes.
