'Nother lowly fly. It is one of thousands that are in constant motion swarming this Hydrangea 'Quick Fire' shrub. Along with the flies are ants and a variety of bee and beetle types.

We had no rain Saturday and Sunday was rain free till late afternoon! Yahoo! Took Donna Pacer to a mega car cruise at the county airport. Besides all the cars, rides could be had in a 1928 Ford Tri Motor airplane. On it's own it drew a large crowd. A perfect day for a cruise. The Tri motor as it flew over our house 10 miles north of the airport. On Sunday we took Donna Pacer out for breakfast 70 miles north to Meadville and the Cracker Barrel. Donna loved this 1932 Packard in the parking lot.

Buckeye Butterfly, visits the same Nepeta every year. See it for a couple days and then it is gone till next year.

Thank you, Casey. We did a double decker bus tour and with the passage of time I can't remember all of what we saw on the tour. And, of course, I didn't write it down when it was fresh in my memory!
