Hokus would love our bathroom cabinet- the doors will not stay closed. Noting like getting up in the middle of the night to potty and having two shiny eyes peering at you from atop the towels (they knock half the stack down to have space).

They had to be fed a clear liquid to build nutrients, that I got from an animal rehabber. It's basically the liquid that is in iv's for humans. As they got a little older they were fed this solution mixed with powdered milk.....gradually increasing the milk. Then it was on to Pablum, then peanuts, walnuts, almonds, broccoli, carrots, brussels sprouts. They'd chortle when they saw me, and I was definitely their mother-figure. Poor ex....he picked one up, and Seymour bit him! So he was glad to let me continue being the caretaker. We got a bigger cage for them, and I put a branch inside, so they could learn to run along it and balance. When their tails get real bushy, it's time for them to be set free. I had them about 3-4 months. My cat didn't bother them at all, she sniffed them and let them be. These guys, would probably eat them!

Loved the pictures and some of them actually gave me chills.... When my hubby wants to cool down, he puts on shorts, sits in his favorite chair and watches tapes of his favorite team, (Notre Dame, playing in the snow.....
