It is like watching a train wreck.....I hate watching. But I watch just to see how bad things can get.

I really think it would have been funny if Jake had told Ali that she "was the one"... what would they do next? Would Chris have announced, "That's it folks show's over for the season, see ya next year?" Don't you think that the last two men on the show (Jake and that other one that picked Melissa then dumped her) have been really wimpy? You are right Dotmom. How could Ali's visit be a surprise to Jake when the cameras are in the room? AND, what is the world is wrong with this freaky little girl named Tenley? I thought I would die laughing when she started dancing for Jake. She acts as if she is 12 years old giving her first dance recital for her daddy. No wonder her first husband left her.....she's just plain goofy. Woman Up Tenley. You know Jake was looking at her wondering how fast he could get away from that crazy chick. Give me a break. Gia is probably too smart for Jake. He'll never pick her. Like others have said, I think he will end up with "I've got the crazy eye" Vienna. Ali is probably still crying in a corner somewhere. Listen girlfriend, don't leave a good job for a man who's dating three other girls....DUH... I am so angry at myself for watching this crap but, I can't help it. I've got the addiction... hope they all live long and prosper.ha-ha-ha-ha-ha

I figured Ashley would be the new bachelorette, thinking of some of the last ones and she stood out as the best one in my opinion as the best bachelorette. Brad and Emily both have tempers and I think the watching the Monday night episodes were tough to watch. Emily said if Brad knew she was probably going to be the one, why wasn't she treated more special. I think she was though, remember one of the first shows where he brought a basket with a special cloth to sit on and I think something to drink, the other girls got jealous. I hope they work things out. I really think Brad loves her deeply.

I have to say that I have enjoyed quite a few guilty pleasures since I kicked my SOAB (except I love my MIL) DH out in February -- DWTS, AI, and now The Bachelorette. I've never watched any of these shows before and I LOVE them! I've enjoyed TB, even though it seems so contrived. Wes, the villain. Michael, sweet and clueless. Jake, Jesse and Kyptyn(?), eminently desirable. Tanner, what's with the feet? Ewww! Early on I liked Juan a lot, thought their careers and families would mesh well, but if the spark's not there, it's not there. It seems that many of the contenders didn't get much time with her, but that could just be the film editing. And there does seem to be a LOT of drinking going on. I'm kind of uncomfortable with the idea that at lunch she's practically necking with one guy, and later, with another. It does look like there's a "no tongues" rule, at least for the cameras. I think Jesse would be a good bachelor for a future show if he doesn't get chosen on this one. A handsome wine maker in Carmel Valley...sigh. Carmel Valley is like a micro Napa Valley, more bucolic and less congested. Scenery is amazing. I learned to walk at Lake Louise, so it was nice to see it. A few days exclusive use of a few luxury train cars, plus the entertainment, helicopters, etc.??? Goes to show how much the budget is since there's not that much in-your-face product placement, unless you're counting Wes, who you couldn't pay me to buy his potential CD. LOL

I felt awful for Des and also Brooks. When she professed her love for him a few times I was surprised it aired as that has always been a no no. I see why editing may have let it air and build up to last nights revelation. "The most shocking episode yet". Well Chris Harrison you were finally right!!! I can't imagine Chris and Drew wanting to be with her knowing what her true feelings are. I checked Reality Steve who usually gets it right, so we shall see. Hopefully we won't see her creepy brother make anymore appearances.

I watched it on DVR, just finished. I felt bad for the lawyer guy, but during their date you could see she wasn't attracted to him by the body language.

I've been watching too, although I said I wouldn't cause I didn't like Ali. The guys all seem so nice and likable though... but from what I just read on Reality Steve's site I think I've been fooled. lol

I really like both Frank and Chris.

Was anybody else annoyed by how many times Ty said "Thank you" to Ali on the date? There is such a thing as being 'too polite' IMO.

I think Ali is adorable. And most of the guys are pretty good at this stage . Justin was such a jerk and what took her so long to dump him? I guess it won't be Frank although I think she would've picked him. The lawyer guy did not appeal to me at all. I like Chris and Roberto..

Another.....USED TO WATCH, here. I too, broke the habit when they picked Ali to be the bachelorette. I wonder, Lily316, did you watch her when she was on the Bachelor with Jake Pavelka? Her actions were hardly adorable. IMO Dottie

I turned it on last night....I've never watched more than an hour total of any of these "bachelor, ette" shows. Soooooooooooooo I was entertained. Like coming into the middle of a novel and it's getting good. :0) (I had no idea who any of them were)

Yes, I admit I watch. Overall, I think the guys are pretty nice, except Justin and the weatherman was crazy and immature. I think its Frank that does something stupid next. Kinda like Roberto and Chis L. but I wouldn't be surprised if she doesn't pick anyone.

I agree that maybe she won't pick anyone. Yes , I watched her with Jake and IMO she got off lucky not staying. Jake is a wanna be actor and the dirt is coming out about him now. Not the goody two shoes he seems. Ali was the first woman I picked getting out of the limo on Bachelor. This is all mindless entertainment and I know it is very scripted.

I never watch but last night in flipping, caught the end....BOY, What drama! I'll make sure I don't flip to that, any more.....
